A mini Champoeg-type course. A small creek on the front side gets nasty in winter and hole 3 is a mess when its wet but a fun course with wicked alternate tee's. Course map is nice but not a must.

This course is easy to underestimate. There are no real long throws, but enough tree coverage to keep it difficult. Alot of the trees have low branches which makes it hard for any kind of high rought... and its febuary. Holes 3 and 8 are pretty muddy, but still playable. Tee 7 was confusing; the map seems to suggest a different location but its right by basket 6. Maps can be found on a wood fence kinda near Tee 1. Just follow the path torwards the parking lot and you will see them on a wood fenc ...

really enjoyed the course. I been playing for four months and I felt the course was perfect for begginers and advanced players. Lots of shots through trees and a lot of lefty holes. (im a lefty) great for rhfh if thts ur thing..... one bad is its muddy. half the holes were a mud pit from start to finish.

Flat with Tree's, Nice Baskets and Lines! Short Tee's, No Sign's or Course Map. Swampy in Winter for sure! Flows well. Very Public, Might not be a Good Place for some Activities :)

This park is likely the best it can be with the limited space. Layout makes good use of trees for obstacles and no underbrush makes finding you disc quite easy. The RIVAL CLUBS layout today used Mando & O.B. rules to make it more difficult wile adding 6 more holes to create the 18.

What a Crazy Course. The course layout is actually pretty cool, AND FUN, BUT the other people in this park don't give a SH@# what your doing. LOTS of kids playing by baskets, people riding bikes and walking dogs right out in the fairways, no one acts like people disc golf here. Also no signage. Confusing finding your way.... Would be GREAT if no one was there. Early morning?

this is a nice course, good lines, extra "back 12" tees. Short tee pads and no signs make it a lil difficult.

Usually pretty clean but, because of the lack of signs and only 12 holes I'm giving a middle of the road rating.

This course is pretty great.
Unlike earlier comments from years ago, it is easy to navigate. It has been updated with a bulletin board (at the far left of the main parking lot) with a large course map, and there are paper maps you can grab there as well. Each tee has a hole description sign, so you know where you are aiming. Nearly every tee sign is visible from the basket before it.
I was there on a Sunday afternoon with great weather and there were surprisingly few players, and no park g ...

Fun course in the summer I would think. Played it in the winter and it is very wet and muddy. Great layout and baskets. The tee pads are to small and tee signs are non existent. Makes it tough to navigate the course without proper signage and kiosk. Even finding #1 is a challange. Overall, good course. Easily could be a great course with a little more work.

I cannot believe this would be a good course to play on a good summer day when the park is filled with people picnicking and strolling in the shade. The course is fairly easy and fun to play.

First time here; played with Brad Rich before meeting. If not for DiscGolfScene pictures, would not have found hole 1 for awhile (still took us 10 minutes). Great course with some awesome shots. Tee pads (though small) were concrete and some baskets were bent up. Love the course and definitely will come back to play

Public Relation's Officer for MVDSA. The Wortman course is getting bigger and better T-Pads when enough donations for concrete come in, and give thanks to the Scouts we now have T-Sign's! I seen a comment that the map isn't needed, well maybe for some, but a lot of people still take pictures of it to follow the course. As we are in good standing with the McMinnville Parks Department, all of these changes are Pre-approved thanks to the cooperation of the Parks Dept.Director Susan Muir. Tree limbs ...

I really like the layout of this course. Drainage was an issue but did little to detract from an above average course.

Walking trails throughout the course means some waiting. Good mixture of backhand/forehand. Not a bad 12 hole course, needs tee signs, very short tee pads but most holes arnt to long. Trees add to the challenge good use of the land.. Overall it is what it is not bad, but not amazing.

nice little course. Fun to play. could score very low if you avoid the pesky trees.

Pretty technical course with lots of trees that make for very low lines.
No tee signs or course map present. The tee pads are very small and the hole #s on them are wornaments out too.

Amazing course for the location. Waiting for pedestrians was a drag and kinda kept me from finding my groove but every inch of the parks terrain is utilized in a beautiful way. Will definetly be visiting regularly.

No signage. No tee pads. Other then that its a fun little city park course. Beware the trumpie cultists of the comminity. They are truly crazy.
