Sorry for the inconvenience, Rick. The park let us put the course in a couple weeks ago to hold a tournament, but then pulled it right after to help let the grass grow and to finish a few other things here and there before the Grand Opening. The Grand Opening is scheduled for mid-June, but keep checking and I'll let you know the happenings. Sorry to disappoint. But when you do play it, you'll see the amount of work the park is putting into this course and might even think it was wo ... more

I came up from Washington dc to eaton rapids to visit family for the weekend and was excited about a new course opening up near my dads house, saw scores being posted here in the scene so I figured it was open, only to be highly dissappointed that when I got there this morning and they said its not set up, so I had to go to fitz which is run down big time since i lived here years back, so what's the skinny..when is this course actually gonna be open to the public???

To my understanding it is pulled to finish modifications to the landscape. They plan on putting the course back in for the CCR open and leaving it as such. This is what was announced on Saturday mornings player meeting.

I really enjoyed the course today. As a Am4 rated player, that plays am3 when I can I enjoy the course, Was really challenging, and i believe practicing on this course will help anyone out and any level. The concern I have with it is, As i do not live in Ingham county the 9$ a round it will cost to play. (4$ per person to play, 5$ per car to park). I do understand the pay to play concept as the course needs to be maintained and money has to come from somewhere. With so many parks in the area ... more

I just played the course today. This course is great!!! The amount of work being put into this course is crazy. It reminds me of a ball golf course, but disc golf style. There were park workers out on the course doing work the entire time I was at the park. I was there from about 3-8.
I played a practice round to figure out what was going on with the course and then a 2nd round were I kept score. I brought a course map and the distances Matt listed here the other day. The distances se ... more

Nice!! So the course is a par 63-66 or so? Sounds, and by the looks of the course map, looks awesome! I'm sick of par 54 courses! This is going to be a great!
