Does anybody know if they will be shoveling and icing the pads? I also heard from a friend that they are considering putting another 18 in this next year, which would be really awesome.

Thanks for info Matt, heard the course is super sick with some long holes, I can't wait to switch it up from this east coast golf, ill even bring a sled for hole one

No worries, Rick... the baskets will be in all year. The only catch is that during the winter, hole one turns into a sledding hill. Hopefully that's not an issue Thanksgiving weekend :)

Ok. I entered it into the PDGA course directory. Not sure who the contact person or course designer is, as I just moved in State. If someone knows this info, please let me know, or submit an edit to the PDGA! Thanks!

anyone wanna play in the morning?

Wayne Rolison    August 21, 2011 at 2:37am

Yes, there are signs up now marking the routes of both short and long tees. Was lucky and snuck a round in this morning early, prior to the storm. Nice course, you should enjoy it!

I was going to play this park for the first time today but the thunderstorms are getting in the way, looks like tomorrow will be the day. I am without a working printer presently so i wont have a map.

A question for everyone in the know: has the course's layout become more player friendly in regards to navigation

Playing this course on Sunday in the afternoon and was wondering if anyone is down for a round or two.

Matt Dimick    August 17, 2011 at 11:53pm

There's 4 current layouts, long and short tees and long and short baskets. I'd suggest long tees to short baskets. All the layouts are fun, shorts to shorts is just a deucefest.

Are the pars for this course are still set at 3's on here? I'm coming up a few strokes high on the short-long layout..

The course looks great - lots of improvements (mostly sandtraps) since I played it in the spring. Great job!
