Alright folks, the cooperative points series is finished for summer and I would personally like to thank Foz Miller and Matt Schooley from Ypsi Dubs for everything they have contributed to the league this summer and also Mark Manard for stepping up to run leagues when I have not been available. The end of our league points will be October 21st, 2012. This will be the Sunday before the weekend of the year end extravaganza. The date has been set for October 26th, 27th and 28th for the 3rd Annua ... more
We will be grazing at Willow yet again this week. Might as well maximize our rounds at Willow before we move. Unfortunately I will not be able to make it this Sunday due to schedule conflicts at work. Enjoy the round and good luck throwing.
Hey all Moose and friends of the Moose. Just wanted to give everyone a heads up for this weeks league. We are only the second round for double points for the Ann Arbor Cooperative Points Series, therefore, it is only fitting if we stay home another week and enjoy the tight fairways of Willow for double points. I will be getting input from everyone before and after the round this week and we will be making decisions where we will be playing in the upcoming weeks.
I will not be able to make it this week again but will be attending both league rounds for the next 3 weeks. Ace pool is already up to $181 after Thursday night. This will more then likely be the last week at Willow until Fall. After the rain last night I know the skeeters are gonna be hard to handle. Keep all your shots in the fairway and you guys will be ok. See everyone this Thursday and next Sunday. May the Moose be with you!!!
Due to the A tier tourney at Rolling Hills and Lakeshore we will be returning home this weekend. Bring bug spray and a couple extra cold ones. Join us this Sunday.
This Sunday, May 13th, we will be grazing and huckin' plastic at The Ponds at Lakeshore. We will be back at Willow soon, but it is time for a change of scenery. Generally a moose travels roughly 80 miles a month so it is better if we move around a bit anyways. This also gives our Ypsi Dubs friends a chance to make it out as well. Look forward to seeing everyone this Sunday.
Starting this coming Sunday, May 13th, entry fee is $5 to play, $2 ace pool, and $1 for 50/50 CTP. This will help boost the ace pool quicker and hopefully increase amount of players we get for the league. We will also be starting a prize CTP on Sunday league as well that will be included for players who get in the 50/50 CTP. Hopefully we'll see everyone this week. I will post where we will be playing this week by Thursday.
NOT CANCELED. Bring bugspray just incase.

Thursday Night Glow League
Will post scores from last week later tonight. Just a heads up for anyone who is interested in playing Thursday Night glow with the moose the league has been PERMANENTLY moved to my private course(Moose Meadows). If you need the address just send me a message and I will get it to you. Will post scores from last week later tonight. Just a heads up for anyone who is interested in playing Thursday Night glow with the moose the league has been PERMANENTLY moved to my private course(Moose Meadows). If you need the address just send me a message and I will get it to you. Unfortunately, it seems that a lot of league members backed out the first week but we did have some loyal moose show up for the league. Quite a few of us have put a lot of time and money into the drastic changes we have done on the course over the past few months and the league has purchased all the glow items needed to run the league to the best of our abilities. I am making this statement now and if anyone has a problem with it they can talk to me about it. We were courteous enough to not pay in to the ace pool last night for the glow league but moving forward IT WILL ALWAYS be up for grabs on Thursday nights. There are quite a few ace runs at the Moose Meadows course and since we have gone through the trouble to set up the league and made it very challenging there is no reason the ace pool should not be up those who show up for the league. It would be nice to see more people out to the glow league in the coming weeks. The weather has been very favorable and last nights glow round was a blast!!!! Thanks to Scott Martinelli and John Hornyak for coming out and shooting extremely well. See everyone soon.
