Bobis Ace Race this Saturday 4/2

The Bobis Ace Race is this Saturday 4/2 at Auburn Hills Civic Center Park. $20 per player, all are welcome. All aces will split the entry fees and the $223 ace pool roll over evenly. 100% cash payouts. Use any PDGA approved discs that you like. No putting or chain slapping during this event(this will result in the loss of your next tee shot). The only chains we will hear are aces and almost aces. For the 62 BSD members the totals are in! $620 from membership fees and the Bobis Super Pool roll over of $608 equals $1,228 added for BSD member aces only. I will post the member list below, but you know who you are. Thank you for supporting Bobis Saturday Doubles this year!

Lastly, I'd like to thank Brian and Auburn Hills Civic Center for hosting this great event. Let's all respect their park and disc golf course. BSD 3/26 at Stony Creek

We will play the Blue Course at Stony for the final BSD of the season. The Bobis Ace Race is the following week 4/2. Look at the Bobis Ace Race page on the scene for details later this week. Ace pool is at $195 and Super Pool is at $540! If no one aces next week $195(+next weeks entries) will be added to the ace race for everyone who shows up and pays the $20 entry fee. Members add the super pool for total added cash. Again, this event is open to everyone. BOBIS!!

BSD 3/19 at Addison Oaks

This Saturday 3/19 come out to Addison Oaks and play BSD(or else)! Ace pools do not reflect last weeks entry's. I will post scores and update ace pools when I get the info. Bobis!!!

BSD 3/12 at River Bends

This week Bobis will be held at River Bends park. John Minicuci will be running BSD this week. Remember that March Mudfest is the next day, so come out and get some practice for the tournament. Super Pool is almost at $400 and the Regular ace pool is at $139(if you hit this week, ill square up with you the following week). The Bobis Ace Race will be here before you know it on April 2nd! I will post a list of BSD Members in the comments section of this page and the Ace Race Page.

BSD 2/27 at Firefighters Park

Bobis Saturday Doubles will be ran after the Foxlee Fundraiser tournament at Firefighters Park, we will still shoot to tee off at 1:00pm. Bobis!!!

BSD 2/20 at Addison Oaks

This coming Saturday we will be at beautiful 44 degree Addison Oaks County Park. I owe Nate Brown $10 in payouts from last week at Bends. Super Pool is at an even $200 and the regular ace pool is at $72. Bobis Saturday Doubles is going to donate money raised so far from the 50/50 to Nikki Foxlee and Matt Toy. $220 will go to the Foxlee family and $100 will be donated to Matt Toy. BSD 2/6 at Addison Oaks

Addison Oaks will be host to BSD this week. It looks like we will have no snow on the ground by Saturday. We will play 24 longs. Ace pool is at $22 and super pool is at $64.

BSD 1/30 at Firefighters

We will play BSD next Saturday after the Turn up The Heat tournament finishes up. We'll still shoot for a 1:00 tee off. Congrats to Jeff Bauman who cleaned house last week taking first place with CHEF! Also, taking down the $90 ace pool and the $1,045 Bobis Super Pool. I'll see everyone next week at Firefighters! BSD 1/23/16 at River Bends

We will play the 22 hole layout that we played last time at River Bends this coming week. 1-19, 25,26,27. I will bring an extra CTP from my stash!! I will get out there early Saturday morning to check out the pads, sweep, shovel and/or salt. The Bobis Super Pool will most likely pass $1,000 this coming weekend so if you are a member you may want to be there. The extra $5 in payouts last week was won by Nate Kretz during a throw off. BOBIS!!!!!!!

BSD 1/16/16 at Firefighters Park

As much as I do not want to play here two weeks in a row, it is going to be our best bet for conditions this coming weekend. So, Firefighters it is 1/16. Last week Jamie Mosier aced hole # 2 at Firefighters for $150. Also Jamie and Doug Watson took down the W for $150! Nice job! The ace pool sits at $10 due to a small error in payouts. The 50/50 has raised $235. The Bobis Super Pool is at $776, don't worry I'll hit it this week! Last week was cut off for membership and we now have 62 BSD members($620 added to the Bobis Ace Race for members).

BSD 1/9/16 at Firefighters Park

BSD will be held at Firefighters Park this coming Saturday 1/9. Ace pool sits at $94 and The Bobis Super Pool sits at $600. This week will be the last week to get your Bobis Membership, don't miss out it's only $10! The Ice Bowl is at Firefighters the following day 1/10/16, don't miss out on that either! BOBIS!

BSD 1/2/16 at River Bends

This week we will be at River Bends park for BSD. Like last week I will not be able to play but I will be there to get everyone off and running. We will play 1-19, 25, 26 and 27 all longs(a 22 hole layout). Bobis!

BSD 12/19 at River Bends Park

Addison Oaks was host to BSD last week and we couldn't have asked for better weather. 2J aced hole #20, taking down the whole regular ace pool worth $138! Nice job Deuce! BSD 12/19 is moved to River Bends, again because of the weather(a bit colder but still no snow). Suggestions for layouts, POST EM' UP! There are now 29 members($290 to ace race). The 50/50 has raised $97. Just a reminder, reg closes at 1pm. BOBIS!

BSD 12/12 at Addison Oaks

This weeks BSD has been moved from Star Park to Addison Oaks. Weather permitting we will continue to play the courses that we may not be able to play later in the year due to snow. Thank you for your continued support and loyalty to Bobis Saturday Doubles. A special thank you to Jeff Bauman and Team Stony for padding the free CTP the last few weeks with free drinks from his people. We now have 27 members($270 added to The Bobis Ace Race). There is still plenty of time to get in on your Bobis membership. See you all at Addison this coming Saturday.

BSD 11/28 at Firefighters

This past weekend BSD was at River Bends park and I was unable to attend. A thank you to John Minicuci, Mike BSD Walker and Zog Dog for running the show. I will update all stats next Saturday after our round at Firefighters. As of this Saturday you must pay the $10 membership fee to be eligible for The Bobis Super Pool. Everyone still has until 1/9/16 to pay if you want in. Everyone have a great and happy thanksgiving, see you Saturday.
