This last Friday wrapped up an awesome season filled with great rounds. Thank you to everyone that joined us for our Friday league nights! We will be taking a break for one week as most of the 24 Cha!ns council will be in Ludington competing for the Mustard Cup!! The following Sunday (Oct. 23rd) is the first Winter round. The league page is up and I will be making a post shortly!! CHAAAAA!!!!
Again, apologize for last week and thank you Floyd for posting something, I was severely tied up! I can't imagine anyone would have wanted to play anyway, it was seriously poopy out!!
This week is our final Friday round but fear not, starting Sunday, October 23rd we will be moving to Sundays for the Fall/Winter season. There will be more info coming up as to where we will be playing but it will always be 930am meet, 10am tee off.
As for this week, we will be at Waterworks for anothe ...

We have come down to the last 2 Fridays of our summer league. this week we will be at MBD. Our final week (Oct. 7th) will be at Waterworks. Come on out, gonna be a blast as always. CHAAAAA!!!!
Looks like Bandi was the only place that was voted up that is close enough for EVERYONE, I repeat, EVERYONE to get to, that we also have permission to go (still working on lakehore). There's a trees aplenty so bring yer quarters and maybe a few dirties to wager as well!!
Damn dude, just posted this not too long ago and I'm at work! take a chill pill bruh!
Alright, I am going to do an open vote for this week. Only rule is keep it in the area (you know what I mean!) If it is something outrageous it will be vetoed!! Have fun, CHAAAAAA!!
Jessica, I am working on Idylwild for the beggining of 24 chains winter, I'll keep ya posted!
Thanks scottie. Can't wait for some CHAAAAA back in my life!!!!
We were going to go to MBD this week but Barbosa pulled a power move and this ship is headed to the shores of White's Acres!! Bring dirties & quarters a plenty, remember the 5/1 club rules are always in effect & there is the dreaded rasket that could have you paying out everyone in attendance. Hope to see a lot of pirates there, CHAAAAAA!
Ya'll know the drill! It may get dark at the end, be prepared!!!
CCCCHHHHHAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!
Well most the pirates will be up at states..
we will push back the cash round at waterworks 1 week... and this week we will go have some fun at
Cass Benton
Home of the cassholes
530 meet
6pm Tee off
Meet by hole 12
Chaaaa..
Good luck to all at states
Bandi took an overwhelming vote (3 votes total)...and it has been brought to my attention that we do not play enough shenanigans style rounds (except out bag tag final which was a blast by the way). So what we will be doing is a doubles one disc challenge!! We will be playing 2 rounds from the reds with you ONE disc of choice. It will be a lot of fun unless your one of those stick in the mud, ants at a picnic type of person that says "that's not real disc golf I want to play a real gam ... more
We had 12 pirates for Rolling Hills last Friday. Piziali/Reslock took a close win with -14!! 2 teams came in with -13 & 1 team with -12 so very close game indeed!!
This week we go with another vote, so here are the options:
MBD (haven't played yet)
Bandi
Kensington
Lakeshore (pending approval)
Vote it up!!
Now that the point series & tags are over we are back to good ol' shenanigans golf with no distractions! You may want to get a carpool together to help with the park fee ($10 for out of county I do believe).
The last couple weeks have been lacking so I hope to see you scurvy dogs out this week! CHAAAAAAA!!!
9 brave souls out of the 24 who bought into tags came to play this week? Well the loss was all on those 15 people because it was a blast! I would normally be disappointed with such a turnout but then again it was hinted from the get go that it was gonna go down shenanigans style so again...the loss is on those who don't participate...We played 1 round of One Disc Wonder and 1 round of Lil' Wiz Challenge from the short tees. It was anyone's game at that point!
Your #1 tag winne ...

We had a humble little group this last Friday with 8 players. Mark Trochelman & Myself took the W with a -14!! I will update score when I have a little more time.
THANK YOU to all who came out to ours & A3's Ace Race on Saturday!! We had 141 players!! Congrats to Todd White with his 2 ace win and to Josh Fenlon with his 1 ace 2 metal runner up finish!!
8.12.16 we will be at Waterworks for our Bag Tag Finale!! it will be 2 singles rounds of 9 holes. The first round will be a 1 ...

Not going to make it out this week but i just want to throw an invite out to all. We are having a house party at my place in Livonia @ Plymouth and Merriman on Saturday the 20the. I've had a ton of fun playing pirate disc with y'all this summer and you all are more than welcome in my humble abode, shenanigans and all
To recap Founder's last week, 14 players total (which you'd of thought we'd finish but we didn't) Puttimus/Reslock & Piziali/Franky took the shared W with a -6 apiece.
So, not only is the 12th a $5 Freddy round but it will be our BAG TAG CHALLENGE AS WELL!!! If you bought in on tags you may not want to miss that. We will be giving away a berth to states with registration paid to whom every ends up with the lowest tag at the end of the day. There will be more details on how we will do this but in the mean time, DONT FORGET!!
Normally on the first Friday of the month we have our $5 Freddy round at Water Works. Because we are setting up the Ace Race (which ya'll better be signed up for!!) that takes place on Saturday, we will have league on Hudson OG this week. Next week will be our $5 Freddy round at Water Works. Any questions on that? Good! CHAAAAAA!!!!
Founders will be the shore we set sail for this Friday. For those who do not know where that is, it's on 8 mile road between halsted/newburg rd. & gill rd. There is a rec center & a skate park next to where we will be meeting! See you scurvy dogs then, CHAAAAAAA!!!
Was my home course for the last year before my recent move. Lots of cops who circle the parking lot, heads up, alcohol is also prohibited in the park too. Keep your shenanigans in the woods.
FYI- 8 Mile west bound closed from Farmington to pass Gill. so must come East from Newburgh.
Big thanks to all that played at Bandi, 23 players total with 6 new players! Chris/Ninja & Jared/Aaron took the W with a -13 apiece. Jared Stoll went home with the pirate booty with an ace on hole 5 white for $96, congrats you bastard!! I am trying to post scores but DGS is being a punk ass bitch today so when it's done being stupid I'll get them up.
Here is the voting thus far:
Founders (the farm) - 5
dojo - 2
OG - 1
MBD - 0
Voting ends tomorrow at noon, CHAAAAA!!!
This week will be up to a vote. It was suggested by Ninja Nate to come out to the Dojo. I realize that is a large drive for some. That being said, voice your opinion about that here because I am throwing it in the hat...
The Dojo
MBD
Hudson OG
Founders
I will recap our round last week & get scores up when I get a chance.
Boom! Get to voting pirates!!!!
We are headed to that woods laden course in A2 this week! Make sure you bring your quarters cuz we be playin tarzan all night long!! Reminder - there is construction so give yourself some extra travel time, CHAAA!!!
it was open Wednesday, should still be open. if not got to north t and head south on Whitmore lake Rd till it turns into Barton dr
I am posting this because I know eventually there will be an issue and I might as well be the first one to make a post like this. I personally like RPG's and I did once upon a time play Pokémon (on Gameboy). I know ya'll are excited to search for them and blah, blah, blah. Keep in mind that you are not coming to 24 Cha!ns to be anti social & play Pokémon. I do not care if you "need" to catch this "one" Pokémon, DONT CARE!! ... more
How do you offend a midget? Hand him a step stool before you start talking to him.
Great turnout with 31 pirates, CHAAA!!! Thank you to all the new faces who came out! Hep/Puttimus takes the W with -13, great shooting you baggers!!
This week we are taking our mangy pirate ass' to Freedom Park in canton for a shenanigans laden round of nonsense!!
Time for another romp through the hills of Northville at good ol' Cass Benton where we will be fighting waves among waves of cassholes! We will see how many we can get done, typically we get about 16 holes in before the light becomes a factor...dirties, quarters, beer, CHAA!!!!
Another great night of debauchery!! Thank you to Foz for coming out and brining us some CTP's for our Highlighted League night! Good to see new faces joining our ranks. I will get scores in sometimes today, Chilly & Shaffer take down the W with a massive -14, f'n baggers!!
Friendly reminder to all who play and who will play in the future. We are all here to have fun. While we do rip on each other and make it difficult to concentrate on your shots, we do it out of love. That bei ...

Voter turnout this week was WAY better than last week! As a result, in the waning hours we were at a dead lock tie between Rolling & Indy. This pirate for one is not ready to go back to the home port just yet so I decided to vote (which I normally leave to yous guys). With a flip of a coin our destination hath been decided & Indy it is!! Here is the breakdown:
Indy - 6
Rolling - 5
Bandi - 1
MBD - 0
Should get a large group for this one! Bring your dirties & quarters & we'll see ya Friday! CHAAAA!!
First of all I gotta give a big shout out to Ninja & Jennifer for being such great hosts!! Thanks a ton!! It is a wonderful course & we are always delighted to bring our rabble out there!
17 pirates came to play, thank you to everyone who could make it out. Casey Cook/Aaron Gabrielse took the W with a -8, very noice shooting!
As you can see we have already got some voting going on, here is the breakdown thus far:
Indy - 4
Rolling - 4
Bandi - 1
MBD - 0

Lets keep this one closer to home this week, here are the choices:
Bandemer
Mary Beth Doyle (Brown)
Independence Lake
Rolling Hills
Reminder: Your first vote is the only one we will count. If you flip flop on your vote we will veto it. If you vote and then go "gee wiz, I won't be able to come.." or something along those lines your vote will be ineligible for 2 weeks, comprende!!
I will update scores as soon as possible...
We have 1 1/2 hours to go in voting. If no one else votes I will flip a coin rolling vs indy becasue I do not feel like playing waterworks 2 weeks in a row and ya'll a bunch of undecisive sonsabitches!!
This might help a bit...

We have decided to make tee off at 6:30pm to allow for the extra travel time! Also if you want to stay for Midnight Ballers and don't necessarily want to drive home (because your smashed) we have been welcomed to camp there for the night!!
These pirates are settin' sale to Jackson for some good ol' shenanigans! If you have not played the Dojo I suggest you leave work early and get out there because it is going to be goooooooooooooood! If your feeling good after the round, stick around for glow with The Midnight Baller! CHAAAAAA!!
Another great turnout on Friday with 24 pirates, CHA!! Kerns/ Bennett take the W with -13, great shooting! This week will be an open vote, any reasonable location will do so where we going?
When I started typing that, the round hadn't been posted yet. CHA!!! Excited to play some glow out there!
The votes are in and Hudson Mills' Monster Course takes it! Depending on how many people and how fast we get going we will try to get 24 in but that is no promise. Bring your dirties & quarters and maybe your game if you feel like it, CHAAAAAAA!!
What up you dirty pirate hookers!! Another great night of disc golf tom foolery! Chili/Franky & Parker/Bernard take the W with -11. Great to see new faces and great turnouts! This week we put to a vote. I realize this post is a little tardy but that is what you get when you leave pirates in charge! So here is the locations up for vote:
Indy
Marion
Bandemer
Hudson (monster!!)
Ready, Set, Vote, CHAAAA!!!
Marion equals lots of dirties. I don't know if I can make it Friday, but I will vote Marion! CHA!!!
Acually if Marion would have won it would be a pretty weak quarter sack as that course is pretty open...
BRATS is certainly an amazing course, thank you Calhoun family for allowing us the privilege of playing it! 14 players in total, Dan Lee & Myself took the W with a -11! This week we are back at the home port. It is a $5 round, $10 all in to make things easy. 6pm tee off, allow yourself time to get there a little early so you can reg & ya know, throw some putts or all that, CHA!!!!
First off, great to see another great turnout! 27 players with 6 newbies!! Taking the W was Crouch/Deornellas & Reslock/Durty with -10, noice!
Before I go to this week I want to make sure we are clear on CTP rulings. Please pay attention when you think you have gotten a CTP. If there is any sort of discrepancy between two players lets get someone to walk it off and make sure it is clear who the winner is on THAT HOLE before we move to the next one. We are all there to have a good time, r ...

After this week I can start playing with you guys again! I had to request Friday evenings off this summer.
It was a close one and we almost went to the tie breaker (Pirate's Bay):
Kensington - 5
BRATS - 4
MBD - 1
As a reminder to all who are voting, unless your vote is struck down (like White's Acres was) your first vote is your only vote, no flip-flopping! This will result in your vote being vetoed (you know who you are you dirty pirate hooker!)
At any rate, Kensington, 6pm tee off, dirties, tarzan, shenanigans, CHA!
no it got through ben, people are also voting on Facebook too,
What a Friday the 13th! 26 people attended, including some Cass regulars that probably regretted tagging along just as soon as we started! Glad ya'll came along! 3 teams took the W with -10 (Bennett/Cooper, Shaffer/Piziali, Reslock/Puttimus).
I will get scores up soon but in the meantime I'm leaving it up to you pirates to show us the way! Keep in mind travel time when you cast your vote, I think it is pretty apparent that we will not be going somewhere that is far away but you know...pirates...
Also, as a reminder, if two locations tie we will be going to Pirates Bay!
Thanks Flea!! Let's get another vote for BRATS!! This would be a great time of year to play it, and like Flea said, the new baskets are in!! DO IT!!!
Im trying to stay out of the voting, someone better vote one way or another or we will be playing Waterworks, not that its a bad thing...
Thank you for everyone that voted! Here is the breakdown:
Cass Benton - 7
Kensington - 2
Bandemer - 2
Indy - 1
We had to take Lakeshore off but that might be an option for another week. At any rate, Cass takes the voting so that is where the ship sets sail to! We will be promptly teeing off at 6pm because if we don't we will not finish the round because you know...cass holes & such...Get there early please. Also, 12 bag tags still available. First Come first serve so don't miss out! See you Friday, CHAAAAAAA!!
Scores are posted! If you see a $ next to your name you are in the Bag Tag challenge. Winner will get a berth to state finals with their registration paid! There are currently 12 Tags left and a whole lotta season left to go. They are only $10. I will not be tracking them on DGS like in the past. I will collect them at the beginning of the round and hand them back out at the end of the round. August 12th is the final day so make sure you are there! Remember you have to play in the league twice a month! Most importantly, have fun! CHAAAAAAA!!
How is the winner determined? Bag Tag Points Series? or just whoever wins the final week
Winner of the August 12th round. Point Series has it's own separate berth. The round in particular will have special rules (shenanigans) and be a singles round.. That is why I'm not tracking it. Doesn't really matter until that day. More details to come.
Great start to the season last week with 26 pirates! Some old faces some new. Congrats to Austin Buckowing with his ace on hole 5! I will post scores either today or tomorrow. In the mean time, here are the 4 options in which we will set sale:
Indy
Cass
Kensington
Lakeshore
Voting will end at 12:00pm on Wednesday
CHAAAAAA!
Alright, Alright, Alright! Friday League is back and to kick it off we will be at Waterworks for a $5 Freddy round! We will have our point series bag tags for sale! If you want to play for a state berth with reg paid for you better get in on this! The will be $10. Also we are doing a fund raiser to get pads installed at Waterworks. We will have limited edition can lid minis available for $10 so bring some extra dough and support your club! Tarzan, dirties and a whole lotta CHA!
For those not playing mustard cup that would like to play an awesome tournament on Sunday the 16th get at me. Text works best since the fb police are still on my ass
BHO2.0 at Discfuntional Acres 2 rounds of singles with awesome players packs and sick trophies for the winners of each division.
You gonna be posting scores from last week? Just curious
