I might be biased since this is where I first began playing, but I feel my love for the game came from this great course. Concrete tee pads, well manicured fairways taken care of by South Hills Park staff, two separate sets of baskets which absolutely changes the way the course plays, great signage, and easy to navigate.
There are not many courses that can check all of these things off their checklist, but South Hills is definitely one of them.

Nice little course well designed and good use of space. This is a very well cared for park . Fully manicured lawn big mature trees to play around. 2 baskets per hole red for the longs and yellow for the short positions. Beautiful tee signs and very nice benches to rest your bones. Pretty good mixture of left , right and straight shots. Well placed basket positions.

Modest variety of shots, but some really cool long fairways that are well manicured lawns. Gradual elevation changes are slight and easy to walk and use a wheeled cart if that's your thing. Fun to play, it's not all open and it's not real tight, well spaced trees and branches to steer around. Red (long) and gold (short) baskets for each tee box adds to the appeal. Be careful, over the walking paths is out of bounds and many people will be using them.

Nice new course. Plays fast so if you are driving any distance plan on playing 2 rounds. Very nice signs. It is located right new the VA hospital as a reference.

very well laid out, and the best marked course I have ever played. Great having two basket options on every hole.

ABSOLUTLY AMAZING! Why does it only get an A-, Well because I grew up playing South Mountain and Jordan Creek. Tight fairways true Pa Disc golf. this is open Ball Golf style course. I love playing here, you can really open up your arm.

Great open course, but enough trees and low branches to make you think twice sometimes.

Great fun course! Not the variety that some courses have but designed in a great way to optimize the real estate.

Nice tees, two baskets per hole, very well maintained, multiple routes to many holes, lots of trees to avoid but not wooded, moderately hilly, almost no chance of losing a disc.... there's a reason this place is busy year round.
