    OPTIONAL DAY
    Amateur Player Check In and Player's Pack Pick Up at Roland Park in Akron.

    All players also get free entry into the optional flex start PA State Disc Golf Doubles Championship. This is a trophy only, BYOP, Best Shot Doubles, XC-tier event. Players not registered for the Pennsylvania State Disc Golf Championship 2025 may play at a cost of $5 (plus an additional $15 fee for non-PDGA members)

    The layout for the flex start event will be 10-27 in the shortest positions. Each group must consist of at least two teams of two players and the last group will tee off no later than 5pm.

    Groups will tee off in 10 minute intervals, tee times will be posted on Saturday evening after all scores from that day's rounds have been entered and verified.

    12:00pm - 5:00pm

    Trophies will be presented to Divisional winners at their final course after all divisional participants scores have been calculated and verified.

About this tournament

Lancaster County Disc Golf Club is proud to present our first A-tier; the Pennsylvania State Disc Golf Championship 2025.

Players will be split into five separate Pools for play. Each Pool will play a total of three rounds on two different courses. The two Saturday rounds will both be played at the same course and will utilize a shotgun start while the final round on Sunday will be played at a different course and will utilize tee times. Please note- Pools will be adjusted based off of player sign ups. Final Layouts for each course will be posted no later than 7/1 and may include some adjustments to the basic layout in the form of additional OB/Mandos/Islands.

The Event Schedule is as follows-


FRIDAY (Roland Park in Akron)
-Early Player Check In and Player's Pack Pick Up
-FlyMart
-All registered player's get free entry into the PA State Disc Golf Doubles Championship. This is a trophy only, BYOP 18 hole Best Shot Doubles flex start. This event will be sanctioned as an XC tier. Players not registered to play in the Pennsylvania State Disc Golf Championship may play at the cost of $5 per player.
-PA State Putting Championship (optional $5 entry fee)
-PA State Distance Championship (optional $5 entry fee)
The start times for the Putting and Distance Champonships are TBD but will take place in the evening


SATURDAY (Courses assigned to each Pool)
-Two rounds of disc golf at your assigned course
-Late Player's Pack Pick Up at Roland Park All Day
-Home Again Player's Party at Iron Hill Brewery and Restaurant


SUNDAY (Courses assigned to each Pool)
-Final round of disc golf utilizing tee times at your finishing course
-PA State Championship Trophies will be distributed at the conclusion of Sunday's Round at your finishing course.

Refund policy

Lancaster County Disc Golf Club is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.

All refunds will be handled in accordance with the PDGA Refund Policy as written in the official Competition Manual.

Please note, registration closes 7/19 to allow for preparation and adjustments. Final waitlist adjustments will be done one day after the registration closes. Any refund requests after that time will not be granted unless the spot is filled.

Divisional player caps will be adjusted the first week of each month to allow for the maximum amount of players to be let in from the waitlist.

Hole Sponsor funds are not refundable as they provide for early registration opportunity. Ace Pot funds are also not refundable and will remain in the Ace Pot.
