Almost all of the course is picked up and out of the way now. We have a little bit left to do, but I will have it done soon. The course is still playable, but look out for the widow makers on 8,12, and 16 that I know of. their might be more that I missed. The city will hopefully take care of everything within the month, as I know of so far.

Be careful at the course everyone! After the storm we just had, their is a lot of felled tree branches and widow makers. They are mostly on 3,4,6,8,13,14,16,E,17. We will be out in the afternoon to work on it. Stay safe!

Green flight plate/red rim axiom crave with a butterfly stamp stuck at the top of the pine tree on hole 6. You can see it but I couldn't get it down. Will give some cash if someone finds it/knocks it down thanks

It is for all skill levels. There is a handicap system that takes a few weeks to settle in. But eventually you will be able to take strokes off of your round and the better players have to add strokes to theirs. It is free to play and really just for fun and to get around other disc golfers.

Dan has really made this course much better ! The Sunday tourneys are very fun and in general its a great place to throw some plastic. Maint. is getting done very well for the resources available.

The CDGA only paid for an extra mowing once in the years they were running things at the course. It was at a time when a tournament was scheduled before the scheduled mowing time began or after it ended (don't remember exactly which) I contacted Amy Gilson at the city and she said "Thanks. It's being dealt with."

I have to debate you a little bit here. Every Tee pad is in good shape. All holes have a sign. There are score cards with maps at hole 1. There are trash cans at most tee pads and there isn't trash all over the place. The one thing that I would back you 100% on is that the mowing this year has been horrible.

I'm sure Cori was referring to the mowing. The old club used to pay for it before they moved to Ionia and built the 2nd best course in that city.
