Thanks Vinny, we're still building up our members as well (we're closer to 12 members at this time), but slow and steady growth. An invitational sounds like a great idea perhaps the spring would be a good time to schedule for.

It's awesome to see another group here in the central Florida area that is active and growing. Our club is trying to keep that same momentum as well. Soon we will be around 20 members and will have the ability to begin a season. My wish for your group is that you have the ability to do something similar if that's the avenue you decide to pursue.

I also would like pose a suggestion of an "invitational" sometime next year where our club would play your club. We could always work out the details at a later date if you are at all interested. I'm Ryan, disc golf is an awesome inexpensive sport. I'm pretty decent usually. I like to play UCF, Barnett, Debary, Turkey Lake. Senior in management, work 8-6. Throw on the weekends. Probably playing UCF or Barnett around 11 on Saturday. Let me know if you want to set up a round.

I was first introduced to Disc golf when my younger brother visited from Oregon. He had picked up the disc golf bug there and got me into it. I find disc golf a pleasent and inexpensive pass time that gets me out doors and excercising so what more could a guy ask from a hobby?

As a disc golf thrower I throw both back handed and fore handed, I'm a far better fore hand thrower then back hand, however; I adjust to what a course requires of me. (After all you should be decent at both throws for those "in a bind" moments where you have no choice but to throw the way you're less skilled at)
