Are these courses cart friendly?

Matt.. both say they are cart friendly on DGCR and I'm taking my zuca mini. Looking at the pictures and videos of both Deer Lakes and Nobo I didn't see anything that looked too crazy. Then again I used my quad in the rain at Redeemer in WV 2 years ago. Hah. Most said I was crazy. It wasn't bad at all.

Rich Spear   June 4, 2021 at 3:06am

DGCR actually says "Somewhat Cart Friendly" about North Boundary. Which is pretty accurate. It's certainly steeper and more rugged than Moraine or Deer.

Mike Hill   June 4, 2021 at 3:58am

North Boundary’s hills are super steep and I wouldn’t enjoy dragging a cart around. I think it would suck for most of the course

Few things for this weekend:

Reminder to all those playing North Boundary Saturday or Sunday. Once the first group of the day tees off the course is closed, you will not be able to warm up on the course. Please use the learn to play course or field near the parking lot. The course will remain closed for casual play or practice until the last group of the day finishes their round. This doesn't apply to the practice baskets.

Check-in and player pack retrieval for Saturday at Nobo will ... more

All those currently registered for this weekends AM PFDO should have received an email this morning. If you didn't, I didn't have an email on file for you. Please message me and I'll get it over to ya.

Hopefully this question hasn't been asked already, for MA50 or any of the divisions, will any of the rounds use the traditional shotgun start? Or will they be more like the flex-start rounds that have been used over the past year?

Scott Jenkins   June 1, 2021 at 3:12pm

According to the info online north boundary is the only course using tee times. Others are shotgun...At least that is how I'm reading it.

Eric Nichols   June 1, 2021 at 7:25pm

Read the email I sent out. It answers all the questions

Eric Nichols   June 1, 2021 at 7:27pm

It also has said in the information section for months what the daily schedule is for each division

Eric Nichols    June 1, 2021 at 11:39am

Registration is closed for the event. Anyone who drops from the event will receive a 25% refund per PDGA refund policy.

I switched you to FA1 for this weekend. Have a great day!

Scott Jenkins    June 1, 2021 at 3:51am

3 questions...

Did this event go from 3 courses per division down to 2 from the original listing?

Did north boundary alway have tee times? Riding with a buddy and tee times are logistically rough even if in the same division.

What is the tee time spacing at the course showing tee times.... north boundary?

Eric Nichols   June 1, 2021 at 9:57am

It was never 3 courses per division. It was always 2 but we had to add a 3rd when we added 80 extra spots to the event. North Boundary always had tee times and tee times are going to be every ten minutes

Scott Jenkins   June 1, 2021 at 3:11pm

Ok thanks.

Angela siegel    May 30, 2021 at 4:45pm

Wondering if I can bump up to Fa1 this weekend?

Eric Nichols   May 30, 2021 at 6:07pm

Each pool has a max of 80 players and B pool is currently at capacity. If a spot opens up I will gladly move you up to FA1.

Josh Skrip    May 28, 2021 at 10:53pm

Will there be tee times listed or a check in spot for pool B at NoBo? It just says tee times start at 9 with MA50

Eric Nichols   May 29, 2021 at 12:31am

Yes tee times will be posted next Friday. Additionally more information will be sent out before the event about check-in etc.
