The purpose of this corporation is the promotion of flying disc sports and games. This purpose shall be achieved through events, programs and publications dedicated to public education, community involvement, and other related charitable purposes as defined in Section 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Code.

The first meeting of the Pittsburgh Flying Disc Board of Directors is open to the public, and the 2023 PFD BoD meeting will take place on Wednesday, January 25 at 7:00 PM.
