We are trying something new this year... DAY OF REGISTRATION. If you decide to wait until Saturday, August 2nd to register there will be a $10 fee. To sign up the day of the event, please go directly to your course based on the pool assignments listed below. Saturday registrations will pick up their player packs Saturday night at Grand Woods.
Otherwise, sign up online or Come to Grand Woods Friday August 1st, we will be there from 10am til 8pm taking registrations, checking players in and handing out player packs.
This is a change from years past, where day of registration was not allowed.
Winners of Am1, Am2 and Am3 will win a voucher for a free pair of Keen shoes (this voucher will NOT be deducted from your payout!)
As Always, Saturday Night At The Woods.... From 7pm to dark… Fly Mart/Swap Meet, Free food catered my Outback Steak House.... Mini golf, Distance and Putting Competition (you must be a participant in the event to set up a Fly mart table)
You Must be a current PDGA member to play this event.
Each Pool will play one round at Grand Woods (21 holes), one round on River's Edge (burchfield) and one round on Renegades Trail (formally known as Devils Den) (Burchfield)
All players will play 2 rounds Saturday and one round Sunday. You will play the courses in the order listed in your pool assignments. The first two courses listed in your pool assignments will be your Saturday courses, the third course will be your Sunday course.
POOL ASSIGNMENTS- Pools are capped at 72 players
A Pool - All Pros and Am1 - Renegades Trail, Rivers Edge, Grand Woods
B Pool - Am2, Am Masters, Am Grand Masters - Rivers Edge, Grand Woods, Renegades Trail
C Pool - Am3, all Am Women - Grand Woods, Renegades Trail, Rivers Edge
As always, there will be a raffle to participate in the 6 hole, $500 skins match. Top four pros automatically qualify. Any payer or spectator may purchase tickets to be randomly paired with one of the four pros. The skins match will take place 1 hour after the third round. There will also be a Keen Shoe raffle. Tickets will be 1 for $2, 3 for $5, 7 for $10 or 20 for $20.
