This is the championship finale event for the inaugural 2024 British Columbia Women's Series held on the traditional and unceded territory of the Stó:lō, Kwantlen and Semiahmoo Peoples.

BC WOMEN'S SERIES POINTS will be awarded for this final event.
1st, 2nd and 3rd will be awarded for each division. If there is a tie, there will be a playoff. Overall Series Champion (1st in points) also awarded for each division.

This is a PDGA Sanctioned B-Tier, consisting of two rounds, shotgun start.
ALL REGISTRANTS MUST BE CURRENT PDGA MEMBERS THROUGH 2024.
**There will also be a celebration at Fraser Valley Cider Company after the rounds are complete and awards have been given out. It is a ten minute drive from the course. Food, beverages and more fun! Raffle draws will be announced at the cidery. PARTNERS AND FAMILY ARE WELCOME AND ENCOURAGED! Come continue the celebration!

FEES
RAPTORS GREEN FEE $10 if you are not a Raptors Club member
PDGA SANCTIONING FEE $2
SERIES FEE $5 (to series payouts)
ADMIN. FEE $2 (used for event sanctioning)
OPTIONAL ACE POT $5
50% will be used as an overall Series Ace Pot and 50% will be donated to a B.C. Women’s charity to be determined later.
BCWS JERSEYS
Custom designed by Michael Ramanauskas of MVP Disc Sports BCWS jerseys will be part of the player packs. In order to get your chosen jersey size, you will have to register BEFORE August 10th.
JUNIORS
Per the PDGA rules, cards with Juniors under 13 MUST be accompanied by a non-playing adult for the duration of each round.

FJ10 one round afternoon
Note - We reserve the right to shuffle divisions between pools and pool sizes based on registration.
SCORING
We will be using PDGA digital scorecards for this event, but paper scorecards will be available if you need them. In accordance with Rule 808 Scoring, ALL players on each card MUST keep score.
CADDY BOOKS
These will be emailed out the week leading up to the tournament.
