Hey thanks alot for running the Ace Race Leonard! I had a great time even if I didn't really like that disc. lol. Hope everyone had a great time with the doubles afterwards.

future disc golf course or not, if you haven't been to Clay Cliffs Nature Preserve, I think you'll be taken with it's beauty.

Maybe there could be a note in the next newsletter about sending me the scores so I can post them and tally points? Speaking of which, did you manage to squeeze a round in yesterday?
I've made all the adjustments to the points and I'm 98% certain there are no errors. (checked & doubled checked) I'm gonna get these "verbose" leaderboards printed and will post them on the board at Northend so people can see the math for themselves.

Leonard, Looking at my score for the north course from this weekend. I don't think I shot a 60.

Hey Leonard, were playing together in the MIDGC again right
Collins Nance September 19, 2010 at 7:54pm
I would like to play in the midgc league, but can't make the 26th. Is it still possible to join the league?
John 'Norm' Loose September 15, 2010 at 5:08pm
Hey buddy. I won't be able to make the Sept 25th event. I'll be in Troy.

Hey Leonard!. Hope things are well. I have left LTU but will help communicate with them. Josh Hewitt is on the scene as well. LTU recently put in a 18 hole course on campus. I will try and make a couple events as an alumni and maybe send some CTP's your way.

Leonard..That sounds duable..do you think that it would be more practicle to make the second nine out of lightning baskets (Lowere Price)..There a great price and work pretty welll. The person who installed the lake alliance course has them there..They work good. let me know what you think...

For league players, send me a message with links to the league pages you'd like to copy players from/to.

Have you gotten the Ace Race discs yet?
Dean Stevens August 24, 2010 at 12:17am
The course at LTU was designed by the school & help from innova (i think)...
Dean Stevens August 24, 2010 at 12:13am
Not exactly sure, however I hear that the school plans to have it completed before winter... I'll keep you posted!
Dean Stevens August 19, 2010 at 3:52am

Hi, Leonard I had a question about the league play tmr. Do we need to go in between 3 and 5 pm for our round to count towards the league??
Foster Neill July 31, 2010 at 6:40am
also, I was just looking at the points I've earned over the last few weeks and noticed something off. - July6 I'm at 70. July 13th, I shoot 64 and reach 87 points, but then, July 20, I shoot 63 and only get 5 points for a total of 91 - that's only 5 points for showing up, even though I'm sure I'm well under my average.
Foster Neill July 31, 2010 at 6:34am
I must admit you were right about throwing an overstable driver to the left side of the fairway on #11 @ Northend. A sharp left-to-right angle on contact seems to end up over 300' feet down the fairway.
Bag
150g - worn
go to driver
167g - beat
Long turnovers
180g - beat
Nearly everything between 180 and 280 feet.
174g - beat

Great Ace Race even though I finished with a blank card. I, for one, began to like the disc toward the end... not sure it will find a permanent place in my bag, however.
