Guys, Foz and I, and others, feel a need for better communication about disc golf tourneys, leagues, clinics, etc. in the area, since things are getting so complicated. I've started a new group intended for those who run or plan such things, and those who want to. It's a Club on DGRUS here - http://www.discgolfersr.us/group/hwdg - and the first meeting will be Thursday, March 4 at the Throw Shop, pizza provided.

No one is not invited.

Ben had all four of his wisdom teeth cut out this afternoon. He's all foggy-headed and in pain. It'll be a few days before you see him on the courses.

And if you play it between 8-5 and turn in your scorecard to us (We want to see how it plays.) then your scorecard becomes a raffle ticket for two drawings, each for a $50 Throw Shop gift certificate. It combines a bunch of holes and adds a handful of natural tee areas to get to that 10,680' length.

You can actually create custom tournament layouts when posting tournament scores, provided there is an existing course already (e.g. Lakeshore). You can enter the name of the layout, number of holes and par.

To save a _lot_ of time, you can copy and paste directly from a spreadsheet (assuming it complies loosely with the PDGA TD spreadsheet template). Let me know if you have any trouble.

hey terry, Pete Crist is always real quick about updating new tournament layouts when need be for course layouts that are not in the pdga directory. contact him here and let him know you need a "discantli layout":
