I can't think of a better way to start the season than a poem, so here goes:
League play has begun at Shore Acres,
What a way to spend the eve,
Playing disc golf with friends,
It makes me never want to leave!
Week 1's weather was bad,
Featuring wind, rain, and cold.
Jeff and Zach emerged victorious,
Shooting rather well, or so I'm told.
The item I find most amazing,
Akin to heaven opening their doors,
Not even one naughty person was found,
Amidst eighty-eight people's scores!
Keep adding those scores correct,
Write your first and last names!
I hope that I am being clear,
Specifically to Andrew and James!
May your shots meet chains,
And your hyzers swoop true.
I wish you good days ahead,
We will see you in week two!
