Welcome Mateo, Matt, Shane, Andy, Kyle, Kevin, Jeff and Brian - all new to Ypsi Dubs Tuesdays. And welcome back to many we have not seen since old man winter (not me) came to town. Oh it warms my heart - it's just like a crazy dysfunctional family reunion - the start of the summer season. I know there are a few more long lost relatives who are just dying to show up and face the jokes, get the hugs and lay down the challenges.
We started at 5:30 and we finished just in time (sun set - park closes) so we will hang at 5:30 tee off for another two weeks and then move to 5:45. Sun sets later by about 15 minutes every two weeks. We should be starting at 6:00 by May 6th.

16 week long league - Best 12 rounds are kept for the leaderboard and determining who is the Ypsi Dubs Summer Tuesday Champion.

Well the Original Ypsi Dubs Summer season has started off HOT - Not just warmer than the winter season but the competition was fierce. Not record breaking scores but a 5 way tie for first at 41 (-13). and coming down to a throw off that meant the difference between $70 for 1st and $10 for 5th - Do or Die. And a three way tie at 42 (-12) for 6th through 8th - with last cash at 7th place - after the throw off one goes home without cash. But with 44 players starting off the first round we paying out 7 places, how the disc fly is how the points and cash get handed out.
