Well, what a year it was! Thank you to everyone that came out tonight, and anyone that has helped support the league in general. You guys are the ones that made this such a great year. You guys rock! I also want to thank everyone that helped out tonight, either helping clean up, or helping pack up afterwards. I think it went pretty smooth! I really hope you guys had a great time tonight!
I also want to thank Discraft and Bob Julio for sponsoring us this year. They were a big part of our league growth this year. I am hoping the league grows more every year, but I am extremely grateful for each and every one of you that came out and helped support the league. Thanks again guys!
With that out of the way, we had a tie at -18 and splitting $80 between Alex Dudek/David Mayers and Don Cantwell/Greg Harrel. They threw off for the extra $10 and Alex/David won the throw off. Taking third was myself and Rob York shooting -16 and splitting $10. 50/50 CTP on hole 1 was won by Jeff Danes for $20. Great shooting everyone!
We had our raffle tonight as well, and you guys added another $100 in raffle tickets(plus $20 from the 50/50 CTP), putting the final club payouts at $1055! Thanks again for all of your guys support!!!
I'm not going to list all the winners (mostly because it was a lot and I forgot who won what lol), but taking home the Paige Pierce Grip Bag/5 disc/mini combo was Robert Smith! And winning the big prize and taking home the Chainstar Lite was Gary Chirhart!!! We also had a 50/50 raffle tonight to help pay for the beer, pizza and pop. We raised $150 for the 50/50 raffle and Christian Deasy won half of that for $75! Very nice!
We had a long season, but after all the dust was settled, David Mayers is your 2024 Club Indy Lake Points Champion!!! Great shooting this year David! Congrats!!! David wins the Club Indy Lake Trophy and takes home $100!
SKINS MATCH: The players below will be playing in the skins match. If you are interested in coming out that day, please contact me so I can get a head count. This is being played at a private course and the course usually is only open to friends/family, so if you come, please be as respectful as you can. We have come up with the date of Sept 4th, but I still have to talk with Bob to see if that works for him as well. I think a weekend would work better so we can get more league players to watch/play the course, but we will talk it out this week.
