We are looking forward to seeing everyone tomorrow morning at Indpendence Lake. There are a few things that we want to make sure that you know as you start planning for tomorrow.
1. The park is likely to be busy. They expect to have plenty people in the park and as such, leaving the park for lunch and getting back in may cause delays. My understanding is that if there is a line when you come back, you will not be able to skip the line to re-enter the park.
Please plan on staying at the park for your lunch break. You should either pack a lunch, or the concession stand at Blue Heron Bay (the splash park across the parking lot) as well as the snack bar (at the back of the park at the beach center) will both be open. I have posted pictures of their menu on the pictures tab above.
2. Check-in. Please plan to check-in with your partner tomorrow morning. This will help to make sure everyone is here for the event and avoid the need for last minute shuffling of cards/players.
3. Scoring / Course assignments - we will be utilizing online scoring. Code will be available to you at check-in tommorrow monring. Course/Hole assisgnements will be made available at check-in and online tomorrow morning.
4. No Player meeting in the morning. I plan to post a short video later today. I also intend to have a paper copy of necessary information available for you in the morning at check-in as well.
