Major announcement-Qualifying Criteria Change for 2023 Florida Disc Golf Championship. Old system is out. New system based on PDGA rating by division. How does it work? Look up your division on the chart below. The highlighted column shows the number of first round invites by division. For example, MPO shows 48 invitations first round. Go to pdga.com/players/stats and choose 2023, any class, any gender, mpo, Florida. Then click to sort by rating. The first 48 names on that list that appear to be eligible to play in that division will receive an invitation after the October ratings update. You can use this procedure to check your division and see if you will qualify. Note that some Juniors, Age 55 and Age 65 divisions are added. Note that last year's Champions will receive an invitation to participate before these invites go out. Staff may need to cut divisions with less than 3 players signed up in order to limit the cost of trophies. Thank you for your interest in the Championship. Ft Lauderdale here we come!
