If you are playing camp serene there is basically no cell service just FYI so live scoring will probably not be available and you wont be able to read emails on phone so screenshot course files or download to phone.

They have WI-FI available to get live scoring up. I used UDisc today no issues

Load/Open your score cards before getting there has helped me in the past at similiar venues

The PDGA Live App WILL work, once you use the on-site wifi to sign in to the event. Download the app for free - it's better than pdga.com/score.
