All PDGA Amateur Majors are “True Amateur” with player packs for all players and trophies for top finishers. There is a minimum of three(3) per division. If there aren't three(3), you will be asked to move to your next eligible division.

Division spots in the same pools will be reallocated on March 23rd.

Divisions of less than three(3) will be reallocated on April 20th. (Competition Manual 1.03 I) If a TD vacates an offered division due to a lack of registered players for the division (see 2.01.K), any player for that division that does not wish to move to a different division that they are eligible for, will be provided a full refund.

The event originated in 2000 in La Mirada, CA, with Tim Selinske, co-founder of Innova Disc Golf, as the original Tournament Director. Tim passed away in 2009, and since then, the event has been adopted by the PDGA and put up for a bid process to be hosted by various cities around the United States.
Competitive Disc Golf has a rich history in Eugene, OR, and our team is excited to build on that history and promote our city with our first PDGA Major event.
