Dear Mr. Stanton,
I am messaging you on behalf of my son Addison. He has already emailed and messaged you, but hasn’t received a reply. 1) Addison has already withdrawn from the event, but his name is still showing in the field. I am asking that you please remove him from the field. 2) We have checked our PayPal account and haven’t discovered any issues on our end. I am asking you to please refund his money by Thursday morning.
Thank you for your help and I apologize that he is not taking part in this tournament. He highly enjoyed the last one that you hosted.

He still has payout from the last tournament. I sent pictures of the stock I had, but didn’t hear anything back. Thanks!
Adam, Thank you so much for your quick reply and helping us out. I have spoken to Addison about the email you sent. I apologize that he has not responded. He will be getting back with you soon. Thanks again for your help and what you do for the sport to allow others to take part. I know organizing a tournament is no small task, but as a dad who has a son involved, please know you are appreciated.
