Please let me know what I need to do to get my son, Caiden, removed from this tournament. I am clearly doing something wrong because I submitted the request before Thanksgiving and he is still registered for the tournament. I have actually submitted it several times because I thought I must have been doing something wrong. At this time, I am most concerned he will get a four stroke penalty per hole for not showing up for the tournament. He is only 12 so I am speaking on his behalf. ... more

I am messaging you on behalf of my son Addison. He has already emailed and messaged you, but hasn’t received a reply. 1) Addison has already withdrawn from the event, but his name is still showing in the field. I am asking that you please remove him from the field. 2) We have checked our PayPal account and haven’t discovered any issues on our end. I am asking you to please refund his money by Thursday morning.

Thank you for your help and I apologize that he is not taking part in this tournament. He highly enjoyed the last one that you hosted.
