Welcome to White Spruce Winter Club 2023-2024!

League play:

The goal of our league is simple: to have a good time. And for club to be fun for everyone, we ask that all members respect all other members on or off their scorecard during league play.

More specifically, all members are expected to:

Play efficiently
Respect the course
Conduct themselves with decency

Schedule:

We play every Sunday at 11:00 AM between Nov. 5th and March 17th (20 league days). Arrive by 10:40 AM.

Weekly signing in:

Please make sure your name is written down when registering and paying. If late, contact Kieran, Megan, or anyone who is at the course. Please text, call, or use FB messenger...not email.

Fees:

$20 membership fee (optional)
$15 weekly fee
Benefits of membership:
Access to $150 ace pot ($50 - non members)
Access to CTPs
Food discount at finals
Eligible for end of season payouts

Your weekly fee of $15 is divided approximately as follows:

$11 - weekly payouts
$2 - ace pot
$2 - club keeps.

Club will keep an average of 15% of fees not including the ace pot. Usually, 80% of those kept fees are given as cash prizes for points winners.

DIVISIONS:

AM and PRO

It's looking like the turnout for REC was pretty low for the first league day so we will only be doing two divisions for this season.

Payouts:

Approximately the top 40% of scoring teams gets cashed out weekly.
Aces pay $150 for members, $50 for non-members.
End of year points winners will also get cashed out.

Points:

Club points will still be kept on Disc Golf Scene. Your best 15 rounds will be used. Please contact Kieran if you notice any score errors.

UDisc:

We will not be using UDisc officially, but it is recommended that one person on the card creates a custom card and keeps score as a back up.

And BTW:

2 meter rule is always in effect…
For ladies in AM division: You have option to throw from one tee pad closer

WHITE SPRUCE FOOD BASKET

Our very own Mo is spearheading a great initiative. Whenever you can, bring some non-perishables for the locate food bank. This will continue all season.
