Players will compete in stroke play each week and at the conclusion of six weeks, the top 40% of each division will be paid out.
ADVANCED players will earn cash and play long tees. ALL OTHER DIVISIONS will play short tees/pins and earn merchandise vouchers from Maddog Disc Shop in Hurricane, West Virginia.
LEAGUE PLAY will be Sundays with a 9:30 AM tee time. Players may tee off in groups of three to four (3-4). Please do not exceed cards of four (4) during league rounds to maintain pace of play. To be eligible for end-of-series payouts, players must play at least four (4) rounds on Sundays.
Players may opt to make up missed league rounds throughout the week. To make up a missed league round, play in a group of three or more (3+) that includes at least one (1) league participant as a witness.
Scores must be turned in to a league administrator by 8 PM Saturday for the round to count. Players that fail to report a score by the end of the week will receive the highest score recorded for their respected division plus two (+2) strokes. No exceptions.
CTP prizes will be distributed on selected holes each week. Prizes will be donated by league administrators and will not not come from league fees. Players must be present during Sunday league rounds to claim a CTP prize.
ACE FUNDS: One dollar ($1) from each player present during weekly league rounds will go into the fund. The ace fund will be distributed at the conclusion of leisure league. If multiple aces are hit, the fund will be split evenly among eligible players. If no aces are hit, the money will be put into payouts.
The ace fund will be split into two (2) pools to represent the short and long layouts, meaning the advanced pool is separate from other divisions. Players must be present during weekly league rounds to take down the ace pot.
DISHONEST PLAY will not be tolerated. Multiple reports of cheating is grounds for dismissal from the league without a refund. This includes – but is not limited to – throwing extra shots, restarting rounds, reporting doctored scores and playing multiple rounds in hopes of a better score. Although this is not a sanctioned league, all PDGA rules still apply.
