OK everyone . . . I have been struggling to come up with fair but also fun Mandatories for some holes. I will say this there will be some holes where you will be forced to throw a mid-range or putter. Some holes you will have to shoot around certain trees (forcing you to look at alternate lines). Some holes you will be forced to throw a flick and some holes you will be forced to throw a backhand. I was trying to come up with a cool rule to include some uphill putts and some downhill putts as wel ... more
Stableford is the event for the night. It is a points based system that rewards aggressiveness. An Ace is worth 6, birdie is worth 3, par is worth 1, bogey is worth 0, and a double bogey or worse is worth -1. Go for those birdie putts even if you miss and end up making a bogey every so often.

What happens if it's raining????
Just a reminder for all those who aren't accustomed to leagues . . . I will cancel league if it is thundering and lightning out for safety purposes. If it is just raining we will play. Just a reminder for all those who aren't accustomed to leagues . . . I will cancel league if it is thundering and lightning out for safety purposes. If it is just raining we will play. If storms roll in during our round, I sometimes have to use discretion with the circumstances and how to handle it. I usually make the decision within an hour of league but not before then because we all know forecasts can be un-predictable. With that said . . . tonight doesn't look very promising with very high percentages of thunderstorms from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM. It is also Alternate tee night and we would be teeing off from different places, some mulch, some grass, some slippery asphalt, some bare soil . . . let's hope for the best and the storms miss us one way or the other but feel free to check in here or call me (or text) at 262 894 3404 but remember I won't make a call until at the earliest 5:00 PM.
