Ucello's in downtown Wayland for the lunch break.
As there is really no convenient place nearby to go for lunch, be sure to bring something to eat/drink between rounds. See you Saturday.
All those who have attended at least two events and who will be attending the finals on May 1 at Bluegill will receive a collared shirt with the MIDGC logo on it. In order to get your shirt, please RSVP to me here by Friday, April 23rd and give me your shirt size!! Leonard

With WMU (391 pts), FSU (359 pts), and LTU (310 pts) all within striking distance of each other--especially given the awarding of double points during the finals--the series winner for the 2009-10 MIDGC is up for grabs! Hope to see you there!
Per the recommendation of the host club (LTU), we'll play doubles from a 19-hole layout (longs) that includes holes 1-4, then 13-27 in the morning.
Singles in the afternoon will be played from the short tees on holes 1 - 18.

Meet us this Saturday at 9 to play the new Kensington. Rumor has it that LTU is bringing a mob and planning on dominating this event.
Hope to see you there.

Having totally dominated MIDGC #6 at Albion/JCC, LTU is now in the hunt. A similar showing at Kensington might just give them the lead. Join us at Kensington for the doubles round. Registration @ 9am, Tee @ 9:30.
Hey all. Please post a note on my board by 5pm tomorrow (Friday) to let me know if you (and or others you know) intend to make the trip to Albion on Saturday...
Thanks.
Leonard
Meet us at Victory Park in Albion at 9:00 am to register for MIDGC #6. Tee off at 9:30 for doubles, then follow us to JCC for singles. Tee off there around 2:30 depending on where we do the lunch thing! Hope to see you there. Leonard
Hey guys....due to surgery tomorrow, I regret I need to CANCEL the MIDGC event scheduled for this Saturday in Mount Pleasant. Plan on making the February meet. See the MDGO schedule. We'll start out at Albion and move to JCC.

FSU Wins MIDGC Bluegill, but WMU Wins 2009-10 Season
Team FSU made a run for the trophy at the season finale held at Bluegill, pulling within 6 points of the season-leading Broncos following the doubles round.
Winning two of the three singles matches, though, was all that WMU needed to win their third season points race in four years, besting the Bulldogs, 539 to 508 for the 2009-10 Season win.
Hope to see all of you Sunday, September 26th for the first event of the 2010-11 Season to be held at Meyer-Broadway in Three Rivers, MI.
