March 25th Finals

Please see below for some notes on our last league day this coming Sunday:

- Members only! Sorry, no guests this week.
- Standard $5 entry
- $360 added cash! All who show will get paid
- Ace pool will start at $55. If no aces are hit, we'll do a segmented ace pool throw-off after the round for the cash.
- 9 CTPs, each basket will have a CTP
- Standard doubles play, normal course setup

Week #5 Results

Congratulations to Jeff and Mike for shooting the hot round of the year, -17, on perhaps the toughest conditions of the year. Teepads were slick, it was cold, wind was blowing, and there was plenty of snow on the ground.

Ace Pool is at $109. Next week will be our 2nd wacky Sunday. We'll be playing a new format called Modified California Doubles. I expect a lot of low scores as each doubles team will receive an extra shot per hole.

For each team, one player will receive an extra throw on the Odd holes and the other player will receive an extra throw on the Even holes. It will still be best shot doubles but each team will get an extra shot per hole. If there isn't an ace next week, I'll be shocked.

Week #3 Results

I hope everyone had a good time during our 1st Wacky Sunday! Here are some stats from yesterday's action:

Hardest hole - #13 scoring avg: 3.46 (no deuces)
Easiest hole - #2 scoring avg: 2.23
Hole #6 and #18 only had 3 deuces each

Financials:
$40 used to buy 2 State Finals berths
Ace Pool $56 ($317 set aside for members weekly entry)
Each week $9 CTP
$253 added to Finals on 3/25

First day of league tomorrow!

The wait is over...LoC will begin tomorrow. If you want to be a member and receive all of the lovely perks, your buy-in will be $30 and an unused disc ($25 member fee and $5 daily fee).
