Welcome to 2021 Tuesday Doubles at Hudson Springs

I will be taking over running league this year as Pete has relocated and is unable to continue running league. Summit DGA thanks Pete for all the work he put in running Hudson League. Its been a blast.

We will be using UDISC to both keep score and run League this year.

When you arrive to league on Tuesday nights open the UDISC app and go to the events tab. From there you just Check in . Only one person from your scorecard should keep score within the league on the app during the round. UDISC is a great tool that makes keeping score easy, is economical, environmentally friendly and has a user friendly interface.

SECOND ROUND GLOW CHALLENGE UNLOCKED!

Only in Hudson Peeps:
The 2nd round of 9 rules:
2 discs/player
one of which must be a putter, the other must be a glow disc
NO TAPE ALLOWED!

The club is bringing about 25 glow discs (fairway, drivers, a few mids/putters) which players may borrow or buy @ cost. About 1/2 are for sale: $5, $7.50 or $10. Choice of club disc, if needed, will be sequenced by the card draw.

It has been reported that Justin && Clay tied the Hudson scrambles record of 13 down. They got every hole on the front including a 2 on 8!

should be lovely weather when league rolls around this eve (the rain we will likely get is just going to cool things off and move on)

at least 10 new players last week, we had 44!

some of the names might be mixed up since one card had blanks for partners and there were 3 Adams - please put a last initial or something to help the scorekeeper

Hi All, Thank you for participating in our Tuesday Scramble at Hudson Springs Park! Although we planned on having our final scramble round of the year today (9/30) it looks like mother nature won't let us. The rain and lack of light cumulated into canceling scrambles.

Work Day - Saturday 6/28

We will be having a work day on Saturday June 28 to pour some concrete sleeves on the current back nine, and if we have enough volunteers we will work on a couple of the new nine holes as well.



Scheduled work is from 10am to 2pm with FREE PIZZA for all volunteers, followed by a round of golf.



We could use all the help we can get. All tools are need: chainsaws, pruners, shovels, axes and most of all extra hands.



With one solid work day all of the new baskets will be in for next Tuesdays scramble

Another Ace? WTF.

This time a local hit it, Greg Platt hit an ace on the first throw of the round (hole 4). Thats four aces so far this season.

Ace's Keep Dropping

Another scramble, another ace. Congrats to Jeremiah Daley for smashing an ace on hole 11 and cashing 40 bucks.

We played a modified version of the course, playing hole 1 to hole 2's basket, hole 12 "short" and then original hole 18. Trying to mix it up a little, your suggestions are welcome.

Just a reminder: "check-in" is between 5:30-5:45p. For those running late or showing up right at 6... don't. If possible, send me a text and let me know your ETA. Sandman you are exempt.

Ron "Ace Man" McCollum

Before the round Ron told me his friends liked to call him the "Ace Man". I can see why! Ron has paid off his mortgage and his car loan with the Ace money he has cashed this winter/spring!
