Cale Serecky Wins in Sudden Death
After 3 playoff holes, Cale beat Jimmy John and won the M-14 basket. Nice job!
Next week will be the last week of the season already!
Walker and Bauman will be playing for 1st place for the 2010 title and the Stony Cup. B Rad has 3rd place locked. 4th and 5th cash is still up for grabs.

Am's Final Four is Set!
Congratulations RJ, Cale, Steve, and Jimmy John for qualifying for the M-14 playoff round. It's a regular league round for $5 a player with normal payouts, but whoever wins you card takes home a basket!
For all the other Ams, we will still be playing 2 more weeks of regular league, you just cant win a basket...till next year!!

WK 18: Friday the 13th "The Beginning of the End"
This will be the last week for Ams to get points, although it looks like the final 4 is all set with RJ, Steve, Cale and Jimmy John. All the players just under the cut, be ready if someone cant make it that night you're in! Playoff for the M-14 will be Aug 20.
The Pros have 3 more weeks left. Thats up to 12 points up for grabs. Pro payout will go to the top 5 players on Aug 27.

The season in almost over and there are some battles to be fought in both divisions. Remember, the top 4 players in each div will be able to play for prizes.

WK 15 Canceled
Well my track record for play / no play due to weather takes another hit. If I didnt cancel you know it wouldve been a major storm. I guess I didnt want to go through the same thing that happened earlier in the year when I didnt cancel. Sorry Jamie and the others who came out from far away. Good news is we all played anyway.

Second, Lorri Mullen won the Am division with a 79. Great game!!

Stableford
This Friday will be 18 longs w / the stableford scoring system. Also, dont forget... the Am's w/ the most points at the end of the season (top 5) will be playing off for an M-14 basket. You dont need to be a league member to play, just show and throw!

Storms!!!
Well we gave it the old college try but we got some pretty severe weather and had to call it. Weve posted these stats just so all who made the trip can get some points for the MCPS. Thanks to all who came out. Were gonna hopefully try this again!

Wind!
Sustained winds of 10-15 and gusts of 30 mph to open the 2010 season! Mike W still shot under though...holy crap!

It came down to one point. I beat Mike by two strokes. I snuck into 3rd place and got two points to Mikes one point for 4th. What a battle!
Ryan Herzog beats the course record with a -7 (47) but Mike Henry shot a -8 (46) the new 18 hole course record. Wow!
B Rad took home the $63 ace pool CTP.
