The Cecil County Disc Golf Pro/Am PDGA League is a weekly league that allows players of all skill levels to be competitive. MPO/FPO players will compete in a separate pool from MA1/FA1 players.
The league will play from the blue layout at Brantwood.
**HOW DO I ENTER?**
First-time players may register in person before the start of any Sunday league event throughout the season. All players are eligible for scratch score payout within their respective division.
Entry fee per round: $5
**HOW ARE PAYOUTS DETERMINED?**
The entry fee to play in the league is $20 plus an additional $5 weekly. Players may pay at registration weekly. Weekly payouts are as follows:
2-4 players: 1st place MPO/FPO and MA1/FA1 players receive 90% the pool buy in of their respective division. (If 4 players, they each receive $20)
5-11 players: 1st place MPO/FPO and MA1/FA1 players receive 60% of the pool buy in of their respective division, 2nd place players receive 30% of the pool buy in. Both rounded to $5.
12 or more players: 1st place MPO/FPO and MA1/FA1 players receive 50% of the pool buy in of their respective division, 2nd place handicap receives 30%, 3rd place receives 10%, all rounded to $5.
$0.50 from each player goes to the PDGA. Because this will be funded by the league buy in, weekly remaining amounts (rounded to nearest $5) will be used to fund the end of season payout pools.
**CTP?**
All players are eligible for CTP(s) weekly. CTPs may be comprised of first or second throw CTPs. CTPs will be paid from weekly buy in and reduces pool payouts.
**SEASON WINNINGS**
At the end of the posted season, payouts are as follows (point leaders):
Season champion: 50% of season payout pool
Second place: 30% of season payout pool
Third place: 15% of season payout pool
Any additional amounts (5%) minus PDGA fees, CTPs, and league costs will go to the Season champion.
**PDGA POINTS**
All players who are registered and current with the PDGA will receive PDGA points based on their season scores. PDGA League standings will be posted after each week of play and are available for view for all players. If you are not a PDGA member you will have until the end of the year to join to maintain your rating, scores will be dropped at the end of the year otherwise. All players will be placed in the MA1 division for scoring purposes. This allows amateurs to earn Amateur points towards World invites.
