Thank you to everyone that came out this year to play. The weather held up this season so we were able to play all the weeks. Congratulations to Jay Binenda for winning 1st place in points, and tying Adam R for most aces. The tie will be broken during the break on Sunday. Congratulations to everyone who made the playoffs this Sunday, it came down to the last night once again. Please bring $20 and a disc for the playoffs so we will have a ctp on every hole. 10:00 a.m. start, please don't be ... more
Don't forget we are not playing tonight. Next Tuesday will be our last league night of the 2023 season and the playoffs will be the following Sunday November 12th. After our round on Tuesday, the top 16 will draw for partners. If you are not there, we will draw your chip for you in the order we finish. We do have the league merch in, so come on up and get yours, if not, you can get ahold of me as I will be at various putting leagues throughout the winter. See you all next Tuesday
Merchandise is in it will be there tonight hope to see ya all !!
We are doing a challenge this week. No disc restrictions but the course will be playing harder than normal especially with the wind that is expected. See you all tomorrow
It is the end of the month, however Rich and I will be up in Ludington, so Jason Grobbel will be graciously taking over the duties this week for us. Since we went to veterans a few weeks ago there will not be a challenge this week. Good luck to everyone going to states!
Don't forget we are at veterans memorial park today and we are starting at 6:00. See you tonight
Due to the city of st Claire shores redoing the parking lot and some of the paths we have been advised to not run the league at brys next week so we will be going on another field trip to veterans memorial park in Warren again. For this reason and because Rich and i will be out of town the last week, it will count as our challenge for the month of August. Similar layout as last time just a few tweaks to the three extra we added. We're running shorter on daylight now so we're planning on starting at 6:00 pm. See you all next week!
A few stats for all the numbers nerds out there. So far through 17 weeks we've had 585 indivdual players, so that means we've paid out $1170 in ctps. Our ace production has slowed compared to last year, with only 29 in 17 weeks. The biggest ace paid out so far has been Mike D's solo ace at $560, and the smallest so far has been $56 from Bryan R. Adam R has the lead in most aces thus far with 3, but Alex, Sims, Scott L, Anthony S, and Jay B are right behind him tied with 2, and 16 people with 1. With 13 weeks left to go, anything can happen. See you all Tuesday!
This month we are going to do a "starter set" plus one challenge. You will only be able to use one driver one midrange and two putters. See you Tuesday
Rain or shine we're playing today. It might be a little wet but it won't be as hot
We will not be having league next week because it's the 4th of July. We will reconvene the following week, 7-11, with an ace pool carry-over. Have a safe and happy 4th everyone!
Since we will have the most daylight out of all the challenges, we're going to do everyone's favorite this month.... worst shot. See you all Tuesday
Is it worst shot or tough shot? In worst shot you need to make both putts. Plus both have to ace to count
Starting June 13th, we will bee separating the ace pools once again. So if you are NOT a member of the league, the cost to play all in will be $15 and you will only be eligible for 40% of the regular ace pool. You still have plenty of time to become a member if you haven't yet and still would like to. The cost for that is $30 and it gets you some league apparel, 70% of both ace pools, and you'll be eligible to make the playoffs at the end of the year. Only the top 16 members on the leader board make it in.
Don't forget, for our challenge today we will be at veterans memorial park in Warren. You've all been told 3 times now so don't be that guy who shows up to brys.
First off Rich and I would like to personally thank everyone who has tipped us after hitting an ace. We don't get anything for running the league, so you guys showing us some love like that really make us feel appreciated.
For this months challenge we are heading to the new course in Warren, Veterans Memorial Park. Its located between Van Dyke and Hoover, off of Martin Rd(11-1/2 mile). It is only a nine hole course so we're going to add 3 extra holes to make it 12 and we will go ar ...

That's right folks, it's the last Tuesday of the month so that means it's challenge time. This week we are going to do midrange only. You must drive, approach, and putt with discs that are classified as a midrange. A zone is a putter, before anyone asks. So get ready for a ton of aces because midrange only night always produces a crap ton of them. See you Tuesday!
Tim D will be bringing some of his collection before the round, so bring so extra cash if you like. We also have something awesome for the merch ctp donated graciously by Jake Schneider. See you all tonight, bundle up!
44 people in the 2nd week and a perfect round... wow, thank you all for coming out. Our apologies for the confusion before the round, that's probably the first time we've had to do that. If you noticed, the payouts were messed up a little bit too. I thought there were two teams at -24 but there was only one. So what that means is alex and adam are owed $15, Scott L and Eric Jones are owed $20 each, and Kyle and myself get $5 each. We are terribly sorry for the mistakes and promise to do better. See you all next week when we're all bundled up again lol
First off, thank you to the 39 people who showed up in less than ideal conditions. I noticed something last week while putting scores in. If you ace or get a dot please remember to write who it is, and what hole it was, on the back of the score card. A dot at our league is hitting basket or above off of your tee shot. Remember that we will finish in the dark for the first 4 or 5 weeks so plan accordingly. Also Jay Binenda graciously puts out lights on the baskets, so when you finish the round please bring them in. Thank you and see you all tomorrow
That's right folks, tonight starts the 2023 season. All the action starts at 6:30. See you there
It's that time of year again! Come on up and shake some of that rust off. $10 random draw doubles,Fun starts at the same time,6:30, however I won't be able to attend as well as a few others who will be at the putting league playoffs. Next week, April 4th will be the first official league day of the year
Lets gooooo!
