Shadow Pines for Sept 11 League Match

The Bag Tag league match will be at Shadow Pines at 10 am. All of us will be playing from Red Tee unless a majority wants to play on a different tee.

Churchville DGC for July 10 League Match

Bag Tag League is this Sunday at Churchville. Since this is a drive for some of us, we will be doing it at 10 AM instead of 9 AM

Ellison DGC for May 15 League Match

Hi all,

We all know the "unofficial" start of the disc golf season is when the baskets at Ellison are in. Guess what, they are in!

For our next League Match, on May 15th, we'll be playing at Ellison DGC. Stay tuned for further updates, such as course condition, OB rules, and more. If you have not picked up your tags from me yet, please do reach out to me!

4/10 - First RDDG Monthly Bag Tag League

Hello everyone!

This coming Sunday is our first Monthly league for the bag tags! I'm excited for the season to start and I hope all of you are as well!

This will take place at Chili DGC, on April 10 at 9 AM. I strongly encourage all of you to consider 4 max on each card. You can choose whoever you would like to be on the card with you. Starting hole will be determined by a stick draw or something similar.

Hello everyone!

Course Condition
Weather forecast shows rain for the next few days before Sunday. Please expect the course to be wet and muddy. Dress appropriately and bring towels for your discs. If it has rained a lot, I will assess the course and see if it is playable. If it is not playable, I will email an update for the new course location the on Saturday (4/9) (Riverton is out of the question since there is a tournament there this weekend)

Out of Bounds & Water Hazards
All OB and Water hazards are in play. If you have not played at Chili before. OB is where you see the white sticks, usually on the perimeter of the course. Water hazard is the creek that cuts through the course. If your disc lands in water that isn't the creek, this will be a causal relief.

After the league is done, I will calculate the Handicap and distribute the tags afterwards!

If for some reason you are not able to attend this Sunday, you can reach out to me to pick up your tag next week after Sunday.

Preparing for the start of the season!

Hello everyone! I’m excited for us to partake in our bag tag league! For those of us that played 2020 bag tags, there are a few things that are different this year.

1. Bag Tag Price - $10.00 - I’m still working on finalizing the details on this. You get to keep the tag at the end of the season

2. Monthly League - We will be meeting once a month, on a weekend, at a course of our choosing, pending on GRDGC Tournament schedules. Everyone should attend if possible.

4. Handicap - For Monthly League, the handicap will be on by default. You can request the handicap not to be applied towards you. For Challenges, the handicap is not on by default. Should you want the handicap applied, all parties must agree before the round. The purpose of a player’s handicap is intended to show a player’s potential, not a player’s average score.

5. Ace Pool - You can voluntarily contribute $5.00 at our Monthly Leagues. If no one gets an ace before the season end, We’ll do either an ace run or CTP at our final monthly league
