2019 Carlisle Coyotes Tag League

Welcome Conrad Smith to the league and Logan G. played along as a guest. Prepping for the Tag Finale next week we played the Am Worlds layout.

Conrad Smith came out to get one of his discs from the return bin. He decided to play along as a guest and promptly hit his first ever Ace on hole #7! Good things happen when you're rolling with the league. The rest of us must've been star struck because we all struggled the rest of the way. Oh well, that's disc golf!

It was raining for the first two holes but let up long enough for us to finish. Dave's son John joined us to caddy for his Dad (lucky). New member Zach Hill birdied hole 9 which helped on the scorecard, though he did miss the first two holes and took a par +4 on those. He didn't have to play in the rain though so maybe that was the strategy. We also had the ladies out for their final Wednesday night of the season. Nice to see Frieda, Karen and Donna out at The Hills.

Wow, a round in the original layout! That was fun! The league is starting to regroup after missing so many evening and weekends to "Course Maintenance". If you've missed us - we're back. Come on out!

Course legend Stephen Alspaugh came out of semi-retirement to gracve us with his presence at tags this evening!

Added Long on 1, 13 and 16 to the AmWorlds layout because short pins were still pulled. Par 61.

We avoided the rain for the most part - it was pouring before we tee'd off but let up until we got to our 17th hole of the day. Good stuff, everyone was shooting lights-out tonight!

We also played 13 and 14 long making it a par 60. Ed from Texas stopped in to see the course and left us a generous $20 donation for the club.

It was a work day so many tag league members were building walls on 17. Josh Mertz joined the league and Josh Young played as a guest.

Derek Deckman joined us as a guest and Steve Alspaugh made a rare Wednesday night appearance. Todd shot -4 on the front and +7 on the back 9, way to go bod. Nick Russ shot the hot round and narrowly edged out Josh Myers.

Guest Andrew Martz shot a 61 - nice job. Thanks Zach Rowe for running tags while we were on vacation!

Scott shooting a hot round nearly took down Todd Bod but he held on to defend his tag. Way to fire Scott!

Beautiful night for tags but only four coyotes showed up!

Welcome Jonathan Anthony to the league. Super Dave just back from the GBO showed us how to play the course today. Todd stuck around after tags to weed whack 2. Everything is blooming and growing fast!

Very windy and chilly, saw a few snow flakes. We played long 16 because of construction and long 14 because we wanted to. Par was 61. We also did some course clean up and cut in a new pin position for hole 12.
