October Chick Flick/Stub Stewart work party

Hey ladies we are going to do something a bit different for our October Chick Flick. We are going to have our October Chick Flick at the Stub Stewart work party on October 17th. We will ROCK the work party in the morning, and then play a round in the afternoon on the course. The work party will start at 9am and conclude at 1pm. Stumptown will be providing a BBQ lunch to all volunteers. Bring your men folk if you like for this one because the more volunteers the better.

Our plan is to be working from 9:00am SHARP to 1:00pm at which point we will break for a BBQ lunch provided by Stumptown Disc Golf and grilled up by Master Chef Jordan Lewis... Ok, maybe he's not a "master" chef, but he is willing and that has to count for something.

This work party will be tackling the back nine holes. While they are pretty rough right now, we're confident we can whip these holes into playable shape. We will be prepping the greens for chips, clearing paths and fairways of debris and trimming branches to open up the fairways .

So if you can make it, please gather at Hill Top Day Use Area promptly at 9:00am on 10/17/10.

September Chick Flick

The September Chick Flick will be on Sunday September 19th at Champoeg State Park. I will not be able to make it, but the ladies are mwwrting at tee #1 at 10am. Potluck, and bag tag match for those tag holders that are in attendence.

July Chick Flick monthly Bag Tag

Wow we had eights bag tag holders take part in this months Chick Flick at Horning's Hideout on the Canyon course. What fun, and we played a 2nd round on the Highland cause we did not want to fun to end. We also added 3 ladies to the leauge.

First Chick Flick bag tag match :)

We had our very first Chick Flick bag tag match of 2010 today at Leverich. 6 ladies battled for the first 6 tags. We ended up with a three way tie for 3rd, so we had a three way playoff for tags 3, 4, and 5. What an exciting way to kick off our Chick Flick leauge.
