21 hole church course. The layout (shorts and longs) has good variety. Holes 1-12 are moderately wooded and technical and holes 13-21 are pretty open. Good use of vast amount of property. Relatively flat and the wooded holes get wet and muddy after rain. Otherwise no water hazards. A hanging basket on hole 15 and fenced island on hole 19. The fairways and rough need to be cleared of lots branches and sticks. Signage is decent. Tee posts with hole numbers and distances. Next tee directions as needed provide pretty easy navigation. ChainStar Pro baskets with hanging numbers. Short concrete pads on the longs. The field is mowed and maintained. Could use some benches. Huge parking lot. The B+ rating takes in consideration the branches will be removed soon.
