Tricky little course with great use of the trees and some vicious OBs and mandos.

Beautiful park, good use of natural features to make holes technical. Biggest problem was pedestrian traffic in a well used park, but it was worth having to wait for people to clear the fairways.

Wide Hollow DGC is currently the only DGC located in Yakima right now. For a recently created course it is pretty well planned and challenging. The drives are a decent length and the baskets are placed well. Being in Yakima the wind is to be expected and the weather can get into some dramatic flip-flops. Things like the wind, and temperature make this course a challenge in its own way. The course is pretty open with quite a few trees as obstacles but it's no forest. The tees are currently ...

Wide open throwing opportunities. Providing that the desert winds arent rearing their heads, you have a chance to really show off some drives. Two very technical holes on six and seven will test your accuracy and ability to find your disc in the brush. Watch out for the nettles. Its spring, watch out for animal park patrons, they live there too.
