Incredible course, incredible terrain and views. hole 6-7 and many others only can be decribed as vista holes.

Beautiful landscape. Wonderfully maintained. Excellent mix of short, tight wood shots, and looooooooooooooooooooooong open shots where you can really just pump a disc. Only downside is that there is very limited signage to point you to the next tee pad. Most of the time, there was a clearly beaten path, but some holes its quite a distance to the next tee and 0 indication of how to get there. There was one that baffled my cousin and I because we walked down the path after the previous basket ...

Awesome course. Deserves an "A" rating. There's a $5 fee to get into the park, but it's worth it. Some nice manicured fairways (actually feels like a golf course in this respect), good signage, options for alternate tee-offs or targets, some interesting and fun obstacles, mix of long and short holes (ranging between 150-odd and 600 feet).

Really nice course with all different types of holes. Great views of Hartford.

Played on a Friday afternoon, was an awesome course, everyone we ran into was friendly and would go out of my way to play this course again. Sometimes playing the alternate tees/baskets, got a little harder to follow the course.

Home course. Love playing here - it is more like a "traditional" golf course than most.

Very scenic course that mixes between fields and woods. I wish a couple of the holes in the woods had a little more clearance so I can rely on control rather than luck to get through but overall I enjoy this course. It also has cement tee boxes along with a miniature zoo between the 11th and 12th holes that adds a little more enjoyment to the round. You'll see birds, geese, peacocks, and more.

A bombers delight. Long holes and wooded holes in a beautiful well maintained park setting.

This is probably the best course I have ever played!! It had Open Shots, Long Shots, Wooded Shots, Just about everything You would want. The only reason it didn't get an A+ is the fact I got lost between holes a few times, and had to search for the next tee pad for a while.

Great park, there are open long shots as well as a variety of wooded shots. Awesome course.

AWESOME course, a little to open on a majority of the holes but that is totally okay for those long bombs we love to throw.

One of the top courses in New England. A must visit if you are in the state.

Really awesome course. The GHDGO layout is one of the best I've ever played. Standard is a little more scoreable but still plenty challenging.

Arguably a top 3 DGC in CT. This course is designed for big arms and has been played by some of the most notable players in the world (Paige Pierce, Ricky Wysocki, Simon Lizotte, etc). The Hartford skyline at night is breathtaking. The aviary is a popular spot to take a break along Hole 11 to 12 and observe the owls, hawks, peacocks, peafowls, and other birds. The park is a trust that has provided entertainment and picture spots for proms, weddings, family gatherings. Watch the season as cross c ...

Well I have to admit that Wickham Park is a gorgeous facility but I was disappointed with the Disc Golf layout. Having read all the reviews I really expected a phenom course. Instead I felt that the layout was uninspired. There were just too many tee pads that launched you across the open lawns to the edge of the woods where the goal was set. No imagination - more holes set up the in woods with some doglegs would have spiced things up. If you like throwing in a field then I guess it would be fine.
