From memory this is a unique course with water OB and some elevation changes. Tough layout form the black with risk reward shots and a lot of par 4s (12)

This course seems to have fallen under disrepair. Tall weeds surround many of the tee pads and it looks bad and uncared for frankly. The property has great potential just not utilized. If you play BRP first this will be a letdown for sure. Lots of full trash cans. The baskets are nice though they would be better if installed with a level. Tee signs and benches are very nice.

My Favorite Course! This is the course that I base my judgement on for all other pay to play courses. The only other one that stands up is Blue Ribbon Pines. Just an AWESOME layout!!!
