Treetops Resort

Given the available space, this course is a complete miss. Narrow paths are cut through tall, disc-swallowing grass and tossed onto the side of a hill. The baskets are homemade, of variable heights, and have poor catching ability. Given what a weekend of golf or skiing costs at Treetops, you'd think they could at least shell out for Mach IIs. The baskets are homemade, of variable heights, and have poor catching ability. Given what a weekend of golf or skiing costs at Treetops, you'd think they could at least shell out for Mach IIs. This place is a blank canvas, it could be great with a little funding and input from someone who knows the sport.

Tees not marked. No signs. Staff doesn't know where hole 1 is located. Looked for half an hour and gave up. On our way out the cook from the sports bar assured us it exists but we were ready to do something else. With the elevation, views and land features this property could be home to a world class professional gold level course but instead it appears there isn't much of a community to support the course and the resort management doesn't seem to put much effort in to it. Wish I lived up here to help make it better but unless something changes and there is better information for visitors and better informed staff I won't be back and I don't recommend other people to waste their time.
