2 courses one location is hard to beat. Mandos and islands are always an added bonus to playing a course. You can see the work the parks and rec put into making the course as beautiful as it is.

Great scenery, variable distances from basket to basket, easy layout. This is a very good beginner friendly course, yet challenging enough for seasoned veterans. My only complaint is that I wish baskets 16-18 were not so far away from the rest of the course (located behind Hartselle High School's baseball field). The city of Hartselle always does a great job of keeping the grass cut and very well kept up!

Could really use some "Next Tee" arrow signs on several holes. The baskets, tee pad areas, and trails around the wooded parts of the course were pretty swampy. Overall a well laid out course with opportunities for long bombs, technical throws through trees, and plenty of OB areas (including a large pond) to keep you on your toes.

I've always enjoyed playing this course even when it was only 13 holes. Good mix of shots.

Nice course layout that is sometimes impeded by pedestrians (mostly young children) playing along the creek and around picnic pavilions. Other than hole #4 (which is bland, wide open long-thrower's hole - which I am NOT), I love this course.

Stopped and played this course today to break up my drive. Was not disappointed. Close to the interstate. Fun little track! Flows well. Well maintained city park. Suggested Areas for improvement: No signs to point to where the next tee pad is. No clear way to know which pin placement the basket is in. Bathrooms were not open.

There are some recently cut trees that open up new lines on 3 holes.

A nice city park course playing through a light to moderate tree canopy that appears to have had a small layout tweak in the last year or two.
PROS:
+ CHARACTER + Brand new professionally done hole signage that has all the appropriate info except next tee direction. There are lots of alternate basket placements on this layout. A majority of the holes have at least two placements. Hole (11) has three placements labeled on the signage but during my round it was located at an unmarked 4th lo ...
