Riko Menzies 28 - Regular tees, 9 holes "Haven't played for over a week, so I definitely felt rusty. Short game didn't suffer, but my drives were off today. Doesn't help that I'm sore as heck. Still, didn't do badly.
Came very close to acing Hole 6. Threw my DX Stingray and it almost hit the chains before a breeze blew it to the right side of the hill. Got me a gimme putt, which is what I wanted in the first place, but watching it come so close was exciting."Thursday, July 12, 2012

Riko Menzies 29 - Regular tees, 9 holes "Broke my course record for the second day in a row. Felt really good. Thought I'd be too tired after my first round at Anna Page (+18), but I found myself throwing consistently well.
Score would have been better if not for an errant drive on Hole 3; my Katana hooked a hard left before the base of the hill and landed by the swamp. Tomahawked my Roc over the trees, but it clipped a branch and hit dirt short of the hilltop where I simply couldn't make the putt.
Hole 5 could have been a -2. First drive landed my Katana close enough for a twelve-foot putt. Second stroke placed the Roc just short of the basket. Missed the chains by inches on the putt."Monday, July 9, 2012
