This course WILL be taken out in the next few days, this time for sure. Last chance to play it could be today, closed for the Circuit tomorrow. Due to circumstanced we can't control, the bar will not be able to open anytime soon and may not even be trying to now. We'd rather gather the assets than be stuck unable to legally retrieve them later. Thank you to anyone who actually donated and helped out, we worked very hard with 100's of hours and 1000's of dollars spent building this dream course.

The Throw Shop is adding 3 more holes this week- #13-15, they will follow hole #12 back to the parking lot for a short ace-run, then walk across the parking lot to your right to #14's tee which is a short RHSA throw towards #10's basket, then back to the Eastern tree line, shooting 750' towards Huron River Dr with the large former golf green in the middle of the hole being a raised OB. Baskets should be in by the weekend, and temporary signage. Collars are drying right now!

It's time to officially announce that the new course we've built at Pine Creek MAY be removed soon. However, it is NOT officially over yet. Things there, being on private property, are never at our control, and never were. We built an amazing temporary 12 hole course with plans to expand and improve upon it later this year. However, due to a city inspection of the bar there shutting them down for the whole year so far, things may end it very soon.

It's time to officially announce that the new course we've built at Pine Creek MAY be removed soon. However, it is NOT officially over yet. Things there, being on private property, are never at our control, and never were. We built an amazing temporary 12 hole course with plans to expand and improve upon it later this year. However, due to a city inspection of the bar there shutting them down for the whole year so far, things may end it very soon.
Bill, the owner of the bar, leases the land and building. He has been shut down for 3-4 months, and having a hard time deciding to try to wait it out for the repairs or call it quits, which is very understandable. We want to thank him for the opportunity to put the course in, in the first place!
Where it stands right now: The course is open and playable (although might be very wet for a few days), but we may have to close it with little notice, at any time, as soon as next week or even possibly in a few months again, with very little notice.
PLEASE, go play there, and please donate (first tee). For now, the money will be split between helping Bill get the bar back open if he goes that route, and course improvements. All funds raised and equipment WILL be used on other area disc golf projects, regardless of what happens there.
We are also working to bring you another possibly 18 hole course at Sandra Richardson Park, 5 minutes from Rolling Hills. When we first found out that Pine Creek may not survive, I reached out to them and we've already met with their board and got approval to submit a design/cost analysis- they're very interested. We have a good chance of getting a course in there, whether Pine Creek survives or not.
Thanks for your continued support! It's been a hard year with Nexus and possibly losing Pine Creek. Your business keeps us here to make these things happen for all of us!

Sorry, course will be closed to casual (non-tournament) players on Sunday 3/25 from about 11am- 4pm, Lake Shore will be open and 2 miles away.

Tees freshly re-marked with flags- can tee from side on pirate plank tees if desired. Course is not soggy, #9 puddle is gone. PDGA Singles league tonight @5:30. BYOP Doubles 3/25 11am.

Parking lot unplowed as bar is still closed for now. Inaccessible without raised 4x4 vehicle, so basically course closed until some snow melts.

If you haven't heard by now- the future of this potential world class course is already in jeopardy, and there's really not much us disc golfers can do about it. The reason is the bar has been closed by the city and required to make some expensive repairs, if they can't stay afloat during that time the course would likely be lost. Please continue to PLAY it now and donate if you can, it's not lost yet.

Starting Sunday 12/3 at 3 pm there will be an Singles Indoor Putting League at the Sandbar at the Pine Creek Disc Golf Course. Cost is only $5 a week and the winner of the league gets a Dynamic Discs Marksman basket. Come enjoy a burger and beer, and get your winter putting practice in. Reminder- no alcohol unless purchased at the bar when they're open. If you cannot do this, please don't go there. You may cost the course to be taken out if you can't follow this rule. They will not risk the liqour license for this. There have already been a few instances. Thank you for understanding!
