Definitely a difficult course with a lot of elevation change and distance. Not for beginner players and geared more towards advanced or professionals. Course is located within the Panther Creek State Park and is well maintained with cement tee pads. Bring lots of water and be prepared for a hike. This is a perfect course for the area with a wide array of open and wooded shots. If you are tired of 2s and 3s on your scorecard, come to this course.
Also, as in any course with heavily wooded areas in East Tennessee, use a lot of bug spray due to ticks.

Well maintained course with a ton of distance. At 740 feet Hole #10 is probably the longest I’ve ever played. I also wouldn’t recommend to anyone relatively out of shape as there is some serious elevation climbs on a few holes that caught me out of breath, and I’m a relatively active person. The course is a great challenge for experienced players but probably a little tough for any new to the sport and a nightmare anybody joining just for fun.
I’d recommend bringing bathing suits and jumping in the lake after a round.

PANTHER CREEK IS ONE OF THE GREATEST COURSES I HAVE EVER PLAYED!!! If you haven’t played this one you definitely need to soon! It is definitely a championship style course and plays that way! The nature is top tier on this course and is a great hike for anyone willing to play disc golf on the side of a mountain!
