The course is on land that was previously a traditional golf course with lots of room for expansion. The course is wide open, but has lots of elevation changes and even a few tight lines. There are well marked tees (Blue, White, and Red), baskets, and signage to the next hole. The course is on land that was previously a traditional golf course with lots of room for expansion. The course is wide open, but has lots of elevation changes and even a few tight lines. There are well marked tees (Blue, White, and Red), baskets, and signage to the next hole. From the white tees, 15 of the 18 holes are par 3's under 280 feet, and the other 3 holes are par 4's at 422, 583, and 758 feet (hole 18). Hole 18 is very close to being a par 5 when playing from the White tees, and probably should be a par 5 when playing from the Blue tees if you refer to PDGA Par Guidelines (https://www.pdga.com/documents/par-guidelines). The course is well groomed, but watch out for ant mounds EVERYWHERE. The tee pads are repurposed artificial grass that are in very good shape. However, the ground is uneven (lumpy) under several of the White tee pads which requires you to be very careful so you don't roll (twist) an ankle.
