This course is a shorter, more technical course than many other courses located in Central Florida. There are a few open holes where you can "air it out", but the course primarily plays along and within the woods where shaping your shots and maintaining good lines with your throws is paramount to finishing under par. The course also has a decent amount of changing elevation that comes into play on 9 to 11 of the 18 holes (depending on whether or not you play holes 11 and/or 13 from the long tees).

All 22 tees (four holes have long tees) are concrete, level, in good condition, and well-sized with enough room for run-ups as needed.
