If I shoot +7 but pull 7 discs from the river, am I then even for the day..? Attempted to contact all that had numbers. 1 had an @juno email address, it had clearly been in the muck for quite some time. 6 of 7 were just before the 5 mile bridge.

Yes, there are 9 tees with maps and 9 baskets as of 6/18/21. It's a fine course if you live nearby and just want to get out to throw some discs and practice a bit, especially with driving.
To note - the transition from holes 1-2 over to 3 is a bit wonky - you need to cross the road and the river (kitty-corner) and hole #3 tee is at the top of the hill, on Lola Rd. To get to hole #6, you have to get on the sidewalk on 5 mile to cross the water, then the tee for hole #6 is at the top of th ...

They finally cleaned Lola up and added the missing baskets.

I was lost as shit trying to find the course and hole 1 so I thought I would leave some navigation. There are no pads and there is no basket currently for hole 1. If you google lola valley, the park on the west side of beech daily pops up. The course is on the east side of beech daily. The course is in the valley between Lola dr and Pomona dr from around Garfield down to 5 mile. I think the best place to park is near the bridge at Garfield and Lola or Pomona. The basket for hole 2 is at the sout ... more

You got it. More of a practice course, for me. Or sometimes I'll play 3-8 three times and just skip 1, 2 and 9.

Any one find a light blue star wraith inked with Ezekiel & PDGA # at Lola yesterday? Threw it in the water and it skipped across to the opposite side. Walked around and it was gone. Reward for return.

Threw it on hole 4 and it skipped across to shore on hole 7. It was an inch below the surface and sitting flat. Guessing it either floated downstream or someone found it.

Anyone know if Lola is playable right now? We were thinking of heading up there later to check it out. It’s been a few years since I’ve been there

Played today. Its in good shape, nice and dry and grass cut short. Someone put in some new signage this year on the teeboxes that still have sign posts. There was a temporary replacement basket for hole 1 for a while but its gone now, so there are only 8 baskets. I usualy just play 3 thru 8 three times and called it a day.

Holes 1, 2, and 9 are reinstalled, each with a new pin placement. Hole 1 has a new tee area. It is no longer by the road, but down the hill and like 80 ft farther back from the old tee area. Basket is also farther, about 100' to make the hole close to 500' in length. Hole 2 is shorter, it no longer plays over the river. Basket is short of the road, and to the right of the bridge. Hole 9 basket is probably 200 ft farther, hole is at least 600ft now maybe close to 700.

Michael Ball July 6, 2010 at 4:56am
Got the photos taken today, pretty busy actually for Lola standards, like 3 groups on the course at once...lol
Michael Ball July 5, 2010 at 6:20pm
I'm going to be at Lola today, I will take some photos of the holes and get them submitted so ppl can see this course a little better.
I'm here frequently, what's up?
