Found a disc laying next to the basket on 1 with a name but no number. Name the disc, plastic, and color for a return

Found yet another disc on 13.... can you tell this hole gives me some orhers trouble... this was on the right side in the trees. Disc was practically vertical in some grass. Probably very hard to see in the evening hours.

Lost a pink discraft challenger in a tree near hole 4, came back the next day to find it missing.
Also found on near 4’s basket, name, color and plastic an I’ll make sure you get it back.
Why don't you name the name. Could have been lost in the weeds and someone picked it up and left it there. Could have been swiped from someone.
